They were great. They were very honest and reputable people. He got his whole crew over and they fixed it up really well. I know the owner and he is a very reputable guy. You can't go wrong with him. He is honest and doesn't price gouge. He personally makes sure that everything is done correctly. I'm going to have them do a sprinkling system if I can ever get caught up financially. The price was excellent. They came out immediately after I called them.

Discovered at 7 a.m. on my "watering day" that the first zone wouldn't come on in my automatic sprinkler system. Called and left a message right away. Larry called within 10 minutes and scheduled someone to be at my house by 9:30. The technician discovered very quickly that a solenoid was bad and had it replaced and the system up and running within half an hour. Dickinson Sprinkler & Lawn installed this system over 20 years ago and have kept it maintained and working properly ever since. I'll be calling them again soon to replace the rain sensor for the system. They're always prompt, courteous and professional!

Dickinson Sprinkler and Lawn installed my system in 2006 so I was already aware of the professionalism and concern for making sure they understood the exact nature of the problem and the expectation of the customer. In talking with Jason and Tommy they have been with Larry for several years and hold him in the highest regard as an employer and an overall person in life. I would not hestitate in any way to recommend this company for a system installation or maintenance.

Some of the sprinkler heads didn't seem to be working very well. When they came out to check the system they could tell that the water pressure was too low. City just replaced water meters so need to contact city about pressure.

What can I say? They showed up ON TIME, worked quickly, were friendly and professional, and the charge was very reasonable. My sprinkler system is 28 years old and is always needing some repair. I have finally found a sprinkler company I can trust and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

Thank goodness for Angie's List. I had used a sprinkler company for several years. But, they were sold and the new owners only did commercial work. I found a guy who work residential in his spare time, but he switched companies, and it became difficult for him to be scheduled. Where to go? Angie's List had several sprinkler companies with extensive reviews. I liked what customers had to say about Dickinson Sprinkler company. I am a retired Air Force Colonel, and quite particular with whom I invite to provide home services. When I called Dickinson, the person was very professional and scheduled me at a time and date that was convenient. I asked for a seasoned and experienced maintainer. Tommy and Jason showed up at the appointed time. They made all the necessary repairs, which were minor, but necessary. Minor issues with sprinkler systems can soon become major. They checked out all the systems to ensure it was running properly, and made the necessary repairs and adjustments. They were at my place about an hour and a half. Their work was excellent! I am pretty good at reading good people and good work. Tommy and Jason are both! I am extremely pleased with Dickinson. I will use them in the future. A personal note: it is better to get your sprinkler system checked out and repaired in the Spring. If you wait until summer, people's emergencies take over and it is more difficult to get a convenient appointment. Dickinson is outstanding in all respects. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, committed to professionalism, very response and friendly! Called Dickenson Sprinklers two days after installation about a cut in the irrigation line (self-inflicted). Service personnel showed up the next day with parts to repair and left extra's in case of a repeat.

Overall it went very well. They called ahead when they could not meet the original scheduled time, which is what I expect and I was okay with that. They spent less than two hours for a job that I thought would take several hours. I was very satisfied with the work and the way the both of them conducted themselves. They also advised me of the number of gallons of water I will be using based on the timing set for each zone. That was very helpful. They both were very courteous and informative. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

Repairman arrived on time, checked all timer circuits, found problem and repaired. Indivual was very knowledgeable and professional.

Larry Dickinson came out for an initial consult, then came out a few days later and installed the controller where we could access it. He arrived as scheduled, did a good job, then tested the entire sprinkler system, replaced some heads that weren't covering properly. A few months later, I had his crew come out again to move part of the underground system because we were having part of the backyard covered with paving stones. They did a great job capping off the unwanted heads, tested the system again and found an underground leak where live oak roots had cracked a pipe. They worked their way through the roots to get at the bad pipe, replaced it and everything has worked great since. I have only good things to say about this company and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

They repaired them and found a couple of others that were not working properly and repaired, and reset our timers. They are a great company to work with. They are always great about calling and letting you know what time they will be there too!

They quoted a great price and came out and did the work quickly and efficiently. We would call them in a heart beat if we need sprinkler work done again!

Service was efficient and knowledgeable. Cost was a little high in my opinion, but I really don't know the market. I was disappointed about the new code regulations preventing my having the diaphragms fixed, so the system would work. The expense of installing the back flow device far exceeded by budget, but I had no choice if I wanted a working system and I had already paid for a new control box!
