I thought they became an answer for another reason and I needed someone to do some body work and someone recommended them and that’s why I used them. They did an excellent job. The price was fair. I am going to be using them again.

I went in for an estimate for slight collision repair on a Lexus RX450h. They said that they'd check out the availability of a new bumper and would call me to set up an appointment for the repair work. They called the next day and we set an appointment. On the day scheduled I dropped the car at 8:00 am. They advised that they would call me when the car was ready for pickup. They called at about 4:00 and since we were planning to go out that evening so I asked if it would be OK to leave the car overnight. They said that hey would lock it indoors. I picked up the car the next day. The repairs were perfect.

We spilled a large drink on the driver side of our new car while we were on a trip. When we got back Ron let me bring it by the shop and Anthony steam cleaned the mess right up. The drink liquid had gotten into some hard to reach areas that Anthony was able to take care of. These guys are very professional and friendly. Concours is definitely now my detail shop.

They are freaking awesome. They did a lot of work. They detailed it perfectly. They are a little more expensive but they are worth the money.

Ron Harris, one of the owners, was outstanding from the time of my initial visit inquiring about their service to the completion of the work two days later. He described in detail the intitial method they would use to remove the smoke odor from the interior and the secondary method that would be used if the first attempt was unsuccessful. After the interior detailing, the inside of the car looked like new and the smoke odor was completely gone. Ron did the actual work removing the dents caused by hail and door dings using various tools with the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method - and while waiting, I was informed by another customer that Ron is one of only a small number of PDR Master Craftsmen in the United States certified by Vale. It was amazing to see the before and after effects of his work making the car completely dent free. Everyone I came in contact with at the shop was courteous, friendly, and professional. I will always take my cars to their shop for detailing work or dent repair, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in receiving expert work at a fair and reasonable price.

This is the first time that I've used Concours Auto Salon. I went there based on their Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed. I was a little worried when I first drove into their parking lot, because it was filled with a Ferrari, 5 Porsches, a Mercedes E55 wagon and a Ford GT. I was bringing in my wife's 7 year old Mazda MPV minivan and figured they would chuckle and tell me they didn't have time for my car. They could not have been more friendly or professional. Both Anthony and Ron took time to go over what I was looking for and discuss my options. They did a full detailing of the interior, which was no small feat. This van was our family truckster and the inside was pretty bad. The inside looked brand new when they were finished! The seats were spotless. The mats land carpet ooked like a golf course fairway. The interior panels were shiny and mark-free. They also washed the exterior, waxed it and dressed the wheels and tires. Additionally, Ron removed a couple dents. The job they did was outstanding! For the amount of work put into the car and the quality of the work, I was very happy with the price. Whether you drive a Ferrari or a Mazda, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

The overall experience was great! Same day service, courteous staff and a reasonable price. I would recommend this outfit to anyone.

Left a message for a call back which I received the same day. Made an appointment for early the next week. They had the car from 8:00 am until almost 4:30 pm. They did an outstanding job - my car looks and smells like new.

I found Concours Auto Salon on Angie's List, called and asked if they gave free estimates. Ron Harris answered and replied "yes". We showed up and Ron got down on the ground (under the front bumper) and popped it back into place. The bumper was still damaged but no longer hanging off. He showed in detail what needed to be replaced (bumper and headlight) and referred us to a body shop not far away (since his place does not do that type of work). He was very polite and would not take a cent from us. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for trust worthy and helpful service.

Outstanding work, reasonable rates. Ron is an artist. Not only did my Altima come out looking like new, but I left feeling I had received the best in customer services.

This repair was absolutely fantastic! You cannot even tell it was even damaged. I visited the shop on Wednesday to get a quote for the repair and made an appointment for Saturday. Showed up on Saturday - no issues - they were ready to get started. The repair took about 2 hours and I could not be happier.

They did a very good job, but the price was a bit high.

Went very well. He started on my first car the next day and was finished in 1 day. He started on the 2nd car the next day and was done the following day. I'd use the service again

Ron did outstanding work on my wife's 2001 Toyota Avalon! He started with the interior--cleaned and applied a non-shiny/non-silicone protectant to all of the seating surfaces, as well as steaming the accumulated gunk out of all of the cracks and crevices. The interior looked essentially brand new. He then washed, polished, and waxed the exterior. He gave us a 50% discount on removing all of the small dents and dings in the side panels, as well as removing all of the paint "transfers" from six years of parking lot encounters. As with the interior, the exterior looked brand new--the paint was smooth, swirl-free, and dent-free. Ron was prompt, courteous, and hard-working. He spent over six hours making my wife's car "new again."

He did a fabulous job. He arrived on time, worked steadily until the job was complete. He was well-equipped and didn't lack anything he needed to complete the job efficiently and thoroughly. His pleasant and friendly manner made the experience even better.

Dropped off the car in the morning, and it was ready by lunch time. Excellent service, plus he explained everything to me about what he did and what products I can buy to keep up the shiny look.
