Caliber Collision Centers

I was able to schedule an appointment for roughly 3 days from the date I called and dropped off our vehicle on my lunch break (roughly 11am). The work was completed within a couple of hours, and the staff called immediately after to let me know when I could pick it up. The cost, continued contact and professionalism has earned my continued business. This is the second time I have used this company, and my first experience was just as simple.

No surprises; professional & prompt.

I thought this company did an outstanding job, especially when I compare it to a much smaller job I had done by another (dealership) body shop last year. First, I was happy that my insurance company's adjuster has a desk at the body shop--and so did the rental car company. I dealt with them when I dropped off the car, and the adjuster called with the initial estimate. Soon the service rep from Caliber called, and he kept me updated throughout the week. I couldn't believe it when he told me I would have the car the following week at the latest (the last body work job had taken three weeks for a simple repair to the back door). It was even better--I had dropped the car off on Monday afternoon, and I drove away my fixed van the Friday afternoon of the same week. The work looked great. Only later I noticed that the corner of the grill had a 1/4" diameter chip that hadn't been painted. It's on the underside, so I'll just use some touch-up paint myself. The work has a lifetime warranty, so I could have taken it back, but it's good enough for me, and the whole experience was much, much higher than my expectations for the repair based on the aforementioned prior experience with another body shop.

We found this company to be nothing more than adequate. We found their customer service sadly lacking! Their front desk and service personnel needed training in customer service skills and in exuding a positive company image. I felt like they thought they were doing us a favor instead of valuing our patronage!! I wouldn't use this company again if I could avoid it!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS PLEASANT AS THE FIRST TIME. THEY KEPT ME POSTED AS TO THE TIME FRAME, FOR WHICH IT WOULD TAKE, AND VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME INTO A RENTAL WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE.
