They did an excellent job! When I called to inquire about their services they answered their phone, unlike their competitors. They were on time to provide their bid, which was in writing. They showed up on time to perform the work and the work was outstanding. Overall a frictionless experience!

GREAT. From origional estimate to final walk through. Was very surprised at detail on final walk through to make sure all was done and I was pleased with the end product. It seems that the attention to detail and high interest in customer satisfaction is above and beyond.

I had a water leak in the slab in the kitchen of my rental property that entailed removing drywall and rerouting pipe. My tenant went into hospital for five days the Wednesday morning of the plumbing repair and I had to have all repairs completed and the house restored to order before she came home on Monday. She could not even give an estimate for the drywall and painting until the plumber finished his work and wer knew what the damage was. My dealings with Nancy were wonderful!! She was very responsive and came the following morning to give me an estimate and they arrived at 8:30 Friday morning to do the repairs. The estimate was HALF of the other prices I was quoted! Nancy and her crew were SO professional and Diego did an outstanding job. I cannot even see where the repair was made!! I highly recommend C&N Painting & Minor Repairs! I will not hesitate to call them in future.

Called several contractors and of those that bothered to show up at all, these guys were right on time. The quote was about half of what the other contractors were asking which gave me pause, but since they have had such good reviews I went with them. Their worker showed up right on time, put up sheeting to protect the entire area, and set about doing an excellent job. You would never know there was a hole in the first place. I place a premium on punctuality, performance and professionalism and this company really delivered.

Nancy provided a fair estimate of work that needed to be done. She sent Diego to complete the job. We are very happy with the outcome, everything looks great, and she charged a fair price.

. The ladies from C&N painting came and inspected our place to give us an estimate on the repair and painting we wanted to have done. We agreed price and set up a time that worked for us. The crew showed up at the agreed upon time and started in right away and worked steadily for a whole week and came the next monday to finish up some small things to complete the work . Our two-story high ceiling in livingroom and foyer required scaffolding to be build and the architexture of the house made it necessary to assemble and disassemble the scaffolding several times during the repair, applying of texture and painting of the high walls and ceiling. This was all done in good spirits without grumbling by Diego, Martin and Mario and the work was nothing but professional. Several big repairs needed to be done to ceiling and several walls. This was accomplished quickly and with great results. They applied a very nice knockdown texture and a contrasting paint on a high wall and on the loft overhang, two coats of paint were applied on all walls and ceilings. The scaffolding made more work moving furniture back and forth also but that and the daily clean up was always done quickly and quietly. Nancy and Cynthia kept an eye on things as the work progressed and also were a great source of advice about professional help in other categories of which we happily availed ourselves. We will definately not hesitate to call on them again for any future projects

Looked over job and then gave us a written quote (labor only) by email with particulars of what they were going to do - Could not have been more pleasant both the owners and their crew - Extremely prompt, covered everything to protect floor and cabinets - We would pay for the paint used and they would provide a copy of the bills - after we saw how the the job was progressing I asked it they would be willing to add on the garage exit doors painting, wall repair and painting to which they agreed - they completed work exactly in the time they quoted They could not have been nicer and the job was completed absolutely perfect.

The owners came and gave us a very reasonable estimate and started in about 2 weeks. I didn't know that the estimate did not cover certain trim pieces so make sure you negotiate that into the price. They matched the paint perfectly and were incredibly neat. We will definitely use them again.

We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We will certainly recommend Cynthia, Nancy and their crew to our friends and neighbors. Cynthia and Nancy came out to do the estimate the day after I first contacted them. They followed up with a written estimate within two days. We set the date that the work would start and they arrived right on time. The two man crew that did the work was very conscientious and friendly. They took great care to make sure everything was covered and protected and when they left the area was cleaned up. Cynthia and Nancy checked in each day and told us that if we found any issues to contact them and they would take care of it. We will definitely be calling C&N the next time we have painting to do.

Do call for an estimate. You'll be surprised about how reasonable they are. Do schedule for painting to be done. They did a wonderful job, were conscientious, and finished in one day.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A prompt visit for the estimate was followed by the actual estimate within two days. Work began on the day agreed upon and was finished before we moved into the house. Popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job, and carpets, walls and appliances were covered to minimize later cleanup. Drywall work and painting were completed very satisfactorily. At the end of the job, we pointed out small details needing touch ups, and they came back to take care of them and asked us to please call if we later moticed any imperfections. We will certainly call on them for future painting and repairs.

Went very well, impressed with the job they did. The color (semi-gloss black) looks awesome and I am very pleased with it. They changed out the door handle and all hardware that goes with it along with the chain lock on the inside so all would match. Looks great, and will likely use them in the future.

The owners (Nancy and Cynthia) and the work crew were very professional. They owners contacted me rapidly and maintained good communication throughout the whole process. They addressed all my concerns and indicated that they would do a job that I would be very proud of. They actually did more work for me than was contracted for at no extra cost. That was a big plus. The cost of the work was well below other bidders. Don't expect an extensive quote from them, but at the same time, they did all that I would have expected them to do (plus more). They are very trustworthy. The work crew cleaned up after the job. Nancy and Cynthia were at the job site at various times to make sure all the work was done to their (and my) satisfaction.

No problems at all from he moment they arrived to the time of paying for their service. Great service by the way.

There were delays of 15-30 minutes in keeping appointments for the estimate and for the service but I was called to inform me of the delay in travel from another job to my house, which I appreciated. The ladies reviewed the damage and sent an email the same afternoon with a reasonable estimate. They were at another job and did not answer when I called to schedule a time for the work, but was able to leave a message and received a return phone call the next day. The appointment for the work was scheduled 2 weeks later and the job was finished in 2 days. The patchwork was done at the time of the appointment but the painter had been given the wrong texturizing material for the wall, so returned the next day to finish the texturizing, sanding and painting. I have no problem with this delay since I am not working at the present time. I am very pleased with the owners, the service and the painter. I would highly recommend this company for similar jobs. Love these ladies. Very good communicators, kept me apprised of work to done and when -- and anything that I needed to do in preparation. Very efficient -- No wasted time. Although this was an unoccupied house, I consider them very trustworthy. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

We had a quote from one contractor to repair the walls, but his price did not include painting. We found Cindy and Nancy (C&N) on Angie's List, who provided a quote that nearly matched the first quote and included painting. C&N fit us into their schedule to start on Aug. 6 and confirmed that date when we called the prior Friday. Diego and Frankie spent two weeks at our home working from approximately 8:30-4:30. We did our best to remove knick-knacks and photos from the rooms and walls, and they covered furniture with plastic. We had a few instances where their overspray got onto wood furniture or a tea set, but it easily came off. Diego and Frankie were extremely courteous and communicated with us so we would know how to help them progress through the house since we had to move our sleeping arrangements as they moved into bedrooms. They scraped some old tape off from previous repairs; managed to tape, float and texture in one day; and follow up with paint the next day. There was one accident to a pocket door. They replaced the door, including staining and polyurethane. Cindy and Nancy visited the home during the project and made special arrangements to meet one of us toward the end. We did not pay until the end of the project, and they allowed us to hold out $600 until the door was mounted and we were totally satisfied and the work was complete. We have asked them to quote a price to paint our spiral staircase and already have recommended them to friends who want painting done. C&N have been painters for 31 years and their customer-service is superb.

I would give them the highest marks on everything. They are very professional, neat and clean. They are honest and the quality of their work is very good. I've had a lot of friends who have used them and they were happy with them as well. They may be a little higher in price than some others but they are worth it. I would use them again in the future and have used them more than once.

I found them on Angie's List. I have used them several times so, needless to say, I am going to use them again. C and N stands for Cynthia and Nancy. They are fantastic and are the only ones that I will have paint in my house, either outside or inside; I just love these ladies. They are fair, efficient and go above and beyond. If they see things that need fixed while they are working they just go ahead and fix them. It took them over 2 weeks to paint the interior of my house and I had no qualms about leaving the house while they were working; they are absolutely trustworthy. They also redid my gazebo and do stain painting as well.

C&N does a great job. The work they did, which would normally take 2 or more days, was done in 1 day. They are very good about communicating when they will arrive to start working, and when they will complete the work.
