Description of Work: We invested in Signature Series cellular shades for 5 windows. Belinda does the shade selection/sales; Rick accomplished the measurements for the windows. Consult required approx an hour. Waited just short of 3 weeks for manufacture before installation was scheduled. Installation (as was the consultation) precise and professional, and was accomplished quickly. BUT, and here is what separates the wheat from the chaff, almost immediately noticed by Belinda, the shades for the Master Bedroom were incorrectly ordered. Rick completed the install of the shades received while Belinda ordered the correct ones. As of this writing, the task as ordered in incomplete, as is payment. Budget wouldn't accept payment until the correct blinds have been installed. It's what one would have expected 40 yrs ago. How many times in the last few years have you received something "not quite right," and then heard an (emotional) appeal from the poor contractor to accept the products/service you've received? Not these folks! Thank you Rick and Belinda

Had to have them out for an adjustment on 1 of the fauxwoods, and they we're promt. Loved their warranties and service. Would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Northeast San Antonio to everyone.

 + -1 moreIf you are looking for a great solution for your window treatments, at a budget price, I would highly recommend this service. Budget Blinds showed up on-time to evaulate our needs, provide us with their assessment of what we could use within our budget and, most importantly, did not try to up-sell us on anything. Once we made the decision on the options we were shown, we made the down payment and waited for the custom fitted blinds to arrive. The blinds arrived sooner than we had anticipated, and the same couple who made the initial visit made the appointment to install the blinds. They showed up on-time and installed all of the blinds in a couple of hours. We are thouroughly pleased with the entire process and are very happy to have made the decision to hire Budget Blinds.
Description of Work: Budget Blinds in New Braunfels, TX measured each window in our home, provided options for window treatments, and an exact price for materials and installation. After the custom blinds were received by Budget Blinds, the blinds were installed.

 + -1 moreThis was a great experience start to finish. I called them to come to my house to help me decide what kind of window coverings would be the best. Rick and Malinda showed up on time and brought countless samples with them. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood my needs and then made spot-on recommendations. I placed my order that day, not because of a hard sell, because that's not their thing, but because they helped me pick the right things from an overwhelming assortment. The blinds and arches were installed a few weeks ago and the plantation shutters went in today. I was thoroughly impressed that Rick and Malinda installed the blinds and arches themselves. Their subcontractor did the plantation shutters, but while he was installing, Rick came to the house to make sure the process went well. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service.
