The tech came out on time and was courteous and professional as always. I explained how I had problems from the last time with milky film in the grout. He cleaned all of that for me and sprayed the needed areas inside and out and explained the film. Quick and efficient. Top notch!

I have only good things to say about Bob Jenkins Pest Control. They have always been flexible in scheduling around my work, the prices are excellent, the techs spraying the chemical have been nothing but professional, and I have yet to see a pest issue. I got the first service when I first moved in back in August followed by regular quarterly service, and I have seen a grand total of 2 small spiders since. Granted it's been cold so I'm eager to see how the pest control holds up throughout the warm months, but all in all I've been nothing but happy with my service.

They came out within a few days of me calling them. They were really informative and put out the pest control boxes. We haven't heard any noises since we contacted them, so it worked out well.

They take care of scheduling everything and are very flexible in working with my schedule. They treat my rental properties, and the same tech comes out each time.

They were nice. They didn't exactly solve my problem, but it's not their fault. It's all trial & error. I'd used them in the past. I love Mr. Jenkins, the owner, and working with them was great.

Fine. I had company so only parts of the house got sprayed but I have used Bob Jenkins for a long time for pest control and mosquito service.

They provided the initial extermination when I bought my house in June/July 2013, and now I'm on the quarterly extermination plan. They call me when it's time to schedule an appointment (which is great because I don't have to remember). The exterminator is always on time and very pleasant and professional.

Bob Jenkins has serviced several residential properties for me. I manage repairs or services for investment property owners. I take my commitment to looking out for my clients interest serious and always verify any service calls I request on their behalf. JR is the gentleman I normally talk with when I call in. JR's outstanding customer service with the tenants and strait forward honest approach has kept me coming back. As a professional who deals with contractors and service based companies, I highly recommend you give them a call if you need pest control service. I also want to note, that on two properties we had a mice issue and I was told it might take 2-3 rounds of service to completely eradicate them. This was before I gave them the green light. To my delight, it only require one service call for each property. That shows me they are serious about quality and integrity.

Went great as always, they are very professional. Don't try to sell other services you don't need. They call and remind you, when your do for service and they set up a time at your convenience. They are very polite, and prompt. I will be using them for good, can't get much better then them

They did a good job and explained everything about the products they used. It was environmentally good and did not hurt anything except insects. It is crushed seashell and when the pests go over it they are cut and it causes them to die. I went ahead and did a year's service contract with them. They spray the outside and the outside.

I researched them through Angie's List. They are good and honest people. They do things at a good price. They are as good as anybody and they are punctual. I will continue using my contract with them.

This is the only service that has gotten rid of my fleas and didn't cause me to wear a gas mask.

Since beginning the service we have had no problem with ants, roaches, scorpions, spiders. We were out of town a few weeks and found on return that a mouse had found a way into the kitchen. We called the provider and he baited for the mouse at no extra charge. If we have problems inbetween services, we just call them. We are very satisfied at this time with the provider.

He provided a acceptable quote which I agreed to and then performed a thorough inspection, then setup a time for chemicals to be administered. Hopefully, during the followup inspection after the year warranty there will not be a re-infestastion. Will extend warranty next year.

Always friendly and always on time or early. They always give you a reminder call to schedule and they always call when they are on their way. Had a problem with water bugs, roaches, fleas and ticks....this has not been a problem for a long, long time. Great provider.

The technician showed up exactly on time. He was very conscientious and wore foot covering while inside the house. He explained where carpenter ants were getting into the property and treated. He also provided precautions to take with our wood deck around the pool and exterior landscaping to minimize any further pest issues. Due to our property being a garden home with a very small lot, the price originally quoted for annual service was reduced which was a nice surprise.

Sprayed inside and outside for carpenter ants. No ant problem since. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. The person who came out initially was professional and thorough. He explained how termites usually operate and where they most likely were (under my deck). He also explained how Termador worked and that I could do a follow-up inspection each year which would give me a transferable warranty in the event I ever decide to sell the house. The technician that came out to do the spraying was quick and showed me exactly where and what he was going to do. I have a pretty large house and the whole thing took under 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the service.
