Spent a good amount of time trouble shooting a problem that was caused by CPS Energy. Peace of mind to know that it was not inside house. Corrected several issues with wiring and devices inside house. Had to leave to get additional switches for aluminum wiring. That was the only thing I thought should have been better stocked for older home. Reasonable price for the amount of work.

This was one of the worst repair professionals we have ever encountered . Reluctant to repair anything, very indicisive as to what he should or could do. Repaired our fixture with the wrong socket with instructions not to tighten the bulb when installed. Felt free to smoke while at our home. Never again

Great customer service. They arrived quickly after I called. They didn't have the part needed to fix my problem, but went out and got it. I thought that the cost for 10 - 15 minutes of work was rather high.

Couple of communications glitches, but overall this ceiling fan installation went very well. Original phone quote didn't match the in-person quote (by $250), but tech was willing to honor the phone quote, which he wouldn't have had to! A different tech came out to do the actual job (a little bit late, but he called). This tech hadn't received a great passdown, but quickly grasped what I needed. A second tech came out to assist and they completed the work quickly. They hadn't been told that they would need an extra box for the patio fan, but made it work without charging extra. Overall, exceptional work for a VERY reasonable price!

Good, QUICK service, even on a Saturday. I little expensive, but you get what you pay for.
