Outstanding service

Had two problems with outlets, both problems were fixed quickly and efficiently.

The tech that came out was friendly, took his time to listen, and thorough.

Light in ceiling of shower had stopped working. Allgood determined it was not up to code and moisture had gotten in it. Replaced fixture with sealed light fixture. Buzzing fluorescent fixture in another bath was replaced with LED. VERY happy with results!

I am ridiculously happy that I hired Allgood to repair some faulty/nonexistent/disconnected wiring (it apparently was all 3) that led to a lack of overhead or most wall outlet electricity in our master bedroom for the past DECADE. (Yes, you read that correctly.) I set up the appointment through HomeAdvisor last Saturday, after another electrician (who agreed to take on those and several other projects, and has been to my house twice without completing most of them) failed to show up as promised for the third time or return calls or messages about finishing the work. Jacob and Rogelio showed up within the agreed time-frame, were quickly able to give me a reasonable estimate, and completed all the projects within a few hours (even changing out some of the beige wall switches with white ones to match updated trim.) They were incredibly professional and courteous, and did the work in a no muss-no fuss manner. In the process, no one: 1) had to wait an hour for another crew member to arrive in order to review the situation in the attic 2) Leave the premises in the middle of the job to purchase a part they didn't have on hand 3) Regale me with stories about other customers who were giving them grief, or complain about having to drive across town to pick up a crew member who disappeared before the ride got there 4) Drop the job entirely because of other projects they were overseeing in another state Or any number of other issues I have recently experienced with a contractor I don't expect to hire again. I feel like I just got a visit from Santa Claus, to be honest. :) I will definitely be hiring Allgood the next time I need an electrician!

I wasn't there, but my husband was and he said they did fine.

Timely, friendly, knew his job.

The electrician was polite and on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. My dislike is the price for the few minutes he was there.

I was able to pay after service were rendered over the phone.

These guys are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in their trade. A little pricy $180.00 for 1.5 hour of work troubleshooting a circuit problem I had, but worth it for piece of mind.
