Description of Work: They put up five heat guard screens and fixed three doors that weren't working properly. They were excellent. He was prompt, courteous and very professional.

Description of Work: Changed weatherstripping on doors and even went to get the parts. When the time are the store took longer than expected they did not charge me. Mark was awesome and went above and beyond to make everything look good and function correctly.

Description of Work: I was provided 2 services. First, under my kitchen sink to replace a back wall and bottom floor needed because of recent plumbing work. Second, to patch some drywall in my garage where we bumped with our car. | |The service went as expected. He was able to complete both jobs over 2 days. The first day (Friday afternoon) to obtain materials, cutting, installing and patching. The second day (Saturday morning) to paint and finish. | |The rate of $70 an hour plus materials was reasonable based on my research. The product was professional and I would have no concerns using this provider again. Thanks.

Description of Work: Re-hung a large cabinet that had pulled off the wall. Did an excellent job and were most kind and considerate about the problem I had because of this situation. I could not park my car in the garage as long as this cabinet was not solidly affixed to the wall. Could not have been more pleased!!!!!

Description of Work: Called provider and explained what the job was and they said they could do so. Had an appointment on a friday and thought they would start that day. They canceled the day before which was not good but understood. We lined up for the following Wednesday. A man did show up and looked at the job for just a few minutes and left. I was told before he showed up that he would start the job the next day. I got a call from Brany a short while later saying that the man did not have the right tools. She called another office to see if they could help but she stated they were not able to . this was such a waste of time and now I have to start all over. Be sure to be looking at other places and not put much faith in what they say.

Description of Work: We were making modifications to our house in preparation to sell it. We bought a door from Lowes and attempted to set it ourselves. Ultimately we went with Handyman for the repairs. Initially, it was going to take a week to come out and replace our door, but a last minute cancellations got us an appointment the next day. The technicians were extremely friendly and professional. They even provided additional tips on things we could do to fix up our home, to make it more prepared for selling!

Description of Work: We had leaks inside the house from what we thought was the roof. They inspected our roof, particularly around some windows. They found dry rot and some bad flashing. They repaired (and repainted) all the areas repaired. A couple of other companies estimated and each similarly diagnosed the problem, but 2 of the 3 others stated they recommended replacing the entire window. It has been raining steadily (off and on) since repair and we have not seen any leaks.

Description of Work: I bought a new stove and after delivery I discovered that I could no longer open the diswasher door due to the size of the handle on the oven door. Steven creatively moved the dishwasher and stove just a tiny bit to solve the problem. I anticipated cutting into a wall and having a big project so I am a happy person. I definetoly will call Handyman Matters in the future and have recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: Came out to give estimate on door repair. They were unable to do the repair, but referred me to a company that can. We have used Handyman Matters a few times in the past and have been very happy with their work.
