Had a great encounter using Bill Pttman with Pitt Crew Garage Doors. Punctual, professional and super fast! reasonably price and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Excellent. He came with it already assembled. Took time to be meticulous and took pride in his work. When our truck wouldn't set with the buttons inside the vehicle, he came back at no cost to us to help us figure it out.

I accidentally backed into my garage as it was coming down and messed it up pretty badly. I messed it up even worse by trying to bring it back down to the ground so I could make it to work. This happened at 5:00 AM. I called Billy and left him a message. He returned my call within 2 hours and was out there by 8:00 AM. He completely the work and completely fixed my garage door. It is working again like new, which is great because I was thinking I would need to replace the motor or at least have some more significant work done. Billy's knowledge was excellent and he knew exactly how to fix the door properly and efficiently. I will not call anyone else (should this ever happen again......) and I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Mr. Pittman showed up the same day to take care of the problem and was actually waiting for me when I arrived at my house. He charged about half of what I expected, and was able to repair the problem without replacing any panels. He could easily have told me that I needed to replace them, but was honest about it and had me up and running within an hour or two. I fully recommend Pitt Crew and will use them again if I have any further trouble.

Billy with Pitt Crew Garage Doors was great to work with. We inquired about having our garage door replaced on Wednesday evening and by lunch time on Thursday he had removed and replaced our old garage door. Billy was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the garage door.
