This was a fantastic experience. Eduardo helped me figure out what kind of tile to get, picked it up and installed it. He made excellent suggestions regarding the trim and grout color in the two bathrooms, which I really appreciate. I am picky, and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of his workmanship, his attitude and his work ethic. Thank-you!

IQ Remodeling was absolutely fantastic! He is meticulous and he does exactly what he says he will when he says he will. He follows up very well and gives good suggestions if you want them.

Ed was able to finished the remodeling part of work in one week in May. Then we had to wait till late August when he was available to work on our house again. The interior painting and repairs were finished in three weeks.

This is the second job we've had Ed do for us. He is simply fabulous. He takes great pride in his work and he does a phenomenal job. You may pay a bit more for Ed (but reasonable) but he is well worth it. He does a job like he's doing it in his own hose. His attention to detail is superb and welcome, as it is lacking in many other firms.

IQ Remodeling was one of three bidders on our project. It was a difficult decision because the three quotes were not close in price and each presented a different method of converting to a shower only. I called each of the companies back to ask questions. I found Eduardo to be the most receptive to answering questions and to understanding our concerns about how some of the tile would look in the small space we have. During the project we made two changes -- one was to lenghten the shower because the false wall was not well-built and one was to add some of the shower floor tile to the shower wall so when the tile met the ceiling it would be more than a sliver. He is conservative in his use of materials. Eduardo cleaned up the work area every night. He communicated about each step in the process. He came back to ensure the shower doors were properly installed. Our bathroom looks great!

Eduardo was prompt in responding to my emails and was very professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and even came back to make sure the glass shower doors were installed correctly. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

We solicited several bids at the outset. Ed wasn't the cheapest but we were convinced after meeting him that he would do the best work. We were not wrong! Ed set clear expectations from the start related to project duration, daily tasks, and key decision points. Ed paid close attention to detail ensuring a high quality project. He maintained clear communications throughout the project and adhered to his schedule diligently. We are very pleased and satisfied with his work and couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Ed to anyone willing to take the time to have their project done personally, professionally, well and right! We are already talking to him about remodeling our other bathroom, something we can't say about other contractors we have used in the past. We are only sorry we didn't know about him sooner.

I have been very happy with him. He has been very good to work with. He has been professional; he has been great. So far, the work has cost me around $3000-$4000. He will be working on the shower shortly.

The guy who came out was absolutely incredible. The first thing that impressed me was that he was sensitive to what we wanted to accomplish. Secondly his extraordinary skills and his knowledge about every aspect of what he did. We went thorough five different bids and their price was good. Mr. Edwardo owns IQ Remodeling. He is not the first contractor that we worked with. We really want to boost his client?le as mush as we can as he was so good with us. He did tiling, plumbing and everything. He did not do the cabinet making but he contracted it through himself. We were very happy with the cabinets that he provided. It was custom built.

Mr. Lara came out to give me an estimate on a bathroom repair and remodel. We went over the options in detail, and he made what sounded like some excellent suggestions. He told me he had a waiting list for his services, which was not a problem to me. He said it would take him a couple of days to get an estimate for me. I never heard from him again. I didn't appreciate his unprofessionalism. I got another, more responsive (and highly rated) remodeler to take the job, and I'll submit a review when the work is done.

Excellent contractor! The best I've ever worked. He was on time, dependable, friendly, and most all competent. His pricing was more than fair.

The whole experience was excellent.

I contacted a lot of contractors and he is the only one who came out and listened to me. He showed up early.

Got a number of quotes and IQ Remodel provided the best overall price. Mr. Lara was excellent to work with, understood exactly what we wanted and was always on time, always did at least as much as promised and was pleasant and helpful.

Terrific! Not only is the bathroom much much improved, but Mr. Lara was fantastic to work with! He explained everything from the beginning and was very easy to work with. He is extremely courteous, professional, and does outstanding work! He does all the work himself and very obviously takes great pride in what he does. He did not rush through the project, but treated it as if he was doing this to his own home.

Edwardo was on time, very easy to work with, very, very clean and takes a very high level of pride in his work.
