The job was well done. He followed through with everything he said he would do. He did the counter and backsplash and they look beautiful.

Steve showed up within 20 minutes of us calling, to inquire about an estimate. He is great and spent alot of time with us, listening to what we wanted. He gave us a great quote and we decided he was the guy for us. The install happened a week later and I cannot rave enough about the work they did. It looks AWESOME! His son was one of the installers and he was such a nice guy. Both of the men did fantasic work. They even did things we weren't expecting, like fixing rotted wood under the sink. They laid all new plywood for us. I would and will recommend Steve Naylor to anyone who wants new countertops! We are more than impressed!

Steve came out immediately to give me a quote. He worked with me on the price and even threw in some extra work like fixing some woodwork that I messed up before he installed the countertops. His two workers came out the next morning and knocked it out. The countertops are in my business and considering customers see these tops everyday i'm glad I got a true professional like Steve and his crew. The tops look outstanding and they even made sure I was satisfied with the work. A+

Steve met with me at my home in Lake Texoma, a far drive for him to take but he did it without question. We met on a Monday and by Friday my coutertops were installed. His son installed them and he did an excellent job. The formica tops look like a solid service top. They look great. I highly recommend using Steve Naylor and will use him again if I have any other jobs arise.

He came right out and gave us an estimate and installed the counter top the day after he got the laminate we requested. It looks great.

They responded promptly to my request for a bid and were able to install my countertops very quickly. I followed their suggestions about removing the drawers and items in the cabinets below the countertops and covered the kitchen doorway with a plastic dropcloth. I also covered my dining table and china cabinet and this cut down on the amount of sawdust considerably. They did an excellent job and my husband and I were very pleased with the end result. We followed Steve's suggestions and went with HD laminate, a beveled edge and high backsplash and it looks wonderful. I also appreciate the laminate windowsill - it is so much nicer.

Steve had the best prices of all the quotes I received and the others were not even close. The workers were very professional and courteous at all times. The job was completed when Steve said it would be and the work performed was EXCEPTIONAL!! I will definetly be using Steve again in the near future. He was very professional in obtining the job. Gave us a straight forward estimate. Offered references, supplied numerous samples and provided photos of past before and after jobs his company had completed. The workmen were timely, clean and friendly. Finished product is exactly what we had anticipated.

I am very satisfied with my counter tops but would have preferred not to have the huge mess created by the counter tops being built inside the house. In the future if I ever order any more counter tops I will request they be constructed elsewhere then brought to the house and installed.

I had already spent alot of time submitting comments about Mr. Naylor's work previously, I do not understand why you are still showing this as "no ratings."
