he called to reschedule and then never showed up. I need a refund as I have paid for a service that was not received.

They arrived on the agreed schedule and immediately began work. Work performed was satisfactory.

They missed several appointments. When they finally started the job doing the front of the house, they left it incomplete. It took a week before they came back. When they power washed the pool deck, they washed debris into the pool. It clogged my pool filter which I had to have cleaned professionally. They destroyed my hand skimmer trying to remove some of the debris from the bottom of the pool. They were not equipped with the right tools or expertise for this job. they should probably stick to mobile car washing. Communicating with them was tedious, so I didn't bother looking for refunds or anything.

The guy was very nice and polite. He did a great job. When he was done he had me check it out and everything looked good. I would use Westway Mobile Detailing again and recommend their service.

There were some rainstorms around the purchase period which delayed initial scheduling of appt. After that there was email or text from Trey Muniz scheduling 3 separate appt times to follow at his convenience. All appt times were No Call/No Show. One text response said his child was ill and he forgot his phone. There were no other excuses for the other times...just an apology and a reschedule appt. My last email requesting a refund drew no response. I know I was there for appts because no phone calls, no doorbell rang and no video from front door motion sensor.

I set up my appointment over the phone and they came out to the work as promised. He did an EXCELLENT job and finished in the time promised for the amount quoted. I would highly recommend their service.

It was average. We had heavy rains and the young man kind of underestimated how long it's going to take him so he had to come back several days later. It was just a one man operation. He did a good job on the patio. I think I could have done it myself. My interaction with him was fine. The work was okay. He did fine.

I had no luck with these guys. I was stood up twice by Trey. The first time he texted 15 mins before he was supposed to show up and said that he had been rear ended (okay, things happen). We set things up for the next week, same time. I texted him when the scheduled time to ask f he was on his way, no answer. I waited 30 mins and called his office, no answer but 30 seconds after leaving a message, he texted me back. He told me that it wasn't a good day because it was supposed to rain tonight, let's do it another day (isn't that my decision?). Shouldn't you call the customer and ask them rather than just not show up? To add insult to injury, I called Angie's List to ask for my money back and was told that there is a 30 day money back guarantee and I am too late for a refund...will have to receive a credit for future services. Grrr

We pre-purchased a full auto detail from Angie's List on a Sunday and Daniel called us almost immediately to schedule the service, the gentleman came out the next weekend and we had both cars completely detailed. He did a great job. He was thorough, didn't rush through the process, really paid attention to all of the details, didn't miss a thing. We would highly recommend and would have them come out again to detail the cars. Daniel made it very easy for us and with how crazy everything is today, it was very appreciated. This was the first time we had pre-purchased any service and we had no regrets.

He did a pretty good job. The only thing that was not done well was the inside back glass and the inside windshield. You can only see the problem when the sun is shining through. Otherwise he did a great job!

Trey was very communicative, easy to reach through phone or text. He was on time and very professional. The job was well done and he went above and beyond in washing the deck.

Here were are on Saturday (busiest car washing day of the week), and no one is answering the phone. That is totally irresponsible. They had originally scheduled me last Sunday at 10:00 a.m. I accommodated their schedule and was able to be home at that time. They didn't come, they didn't call. So I had to call to reschedule. If they treat all of their customers the way they treated me, they are going to be out-of-business within 3 months or less. Upon taking my original request, they have done nothing.

He was 2-1/2 hours late with no phone call. He said he left his phone at home and did three other jobs before mine because he was backed up from the bad weather earlier in the week. I'm thinking he knew about that the night before and could have called me. His boss was very respectful and did everything possible to correct the situation.

Trey was punctual, quick, courteous, and kept me informed all the way through the job - excellent results. Would use again.

Did not clean the door facing for the back of the SUV. Otherwise, good work - offered to come back and clean door facing

It was very unprofessionally done. He caused many scratches on my car. he took the paint off at many places and later denied it. He tried to put it back on me saying this was ?how the car was when he started. This is a new car and it was spotless when he started. Various parts on the internal side were left dirty and he started covering up when i started ?pointing out the issues I had with the ?car.? ?Very bad vacuum, he left most of the stuff within the seats and the doors. He left various marks. Overall, If I go to a car wash guy and pay him 29.99 for a waxing, cleaning service he does a better job. There was nothing like detailing in what he did. He was also rude when i started pointing out the issues. Horrible experience! Don't work with these guys! I would like to get a compensation for the money I spent and also the number of scratches he caused on my car.

Came and power-washed my deck. He did a great job. He was reasonable and hard working. Stayed until the job was completed.

Daniel was on time and did a good job of detailing my Lexus that I was getting ready to sell. He was prompt and courteous. I will use him again.

Daniel is wonderful! He shows up as promised and cleans several of our cars at the office. It's great having it done during work and not having to sit at a car wash. He does a great job and keeps my car in showroom condition. I highly recommend him!
