They came out 45 minutes after I called them on a Saturday afternoon. They replaced the broken parts and tuned up the door very quickly for a fair price. Very quick and very good service.

Mike was right on time. He identified the problem right away; replaced the broken parts and explained to us on the things we can do ourselves. The work provides warranty. Mike knows what he is doing, very professional.

Very Well. Mike answered the phone call on Sunday morning and was at the house in less than 30 minutes. In a matter of minutes (seconds), he was able to identify the issue and quoted prices on different options available to fix the problem. He also very cleary explained the parts + labor cost and was open to negotiation. Most likely would be our go-to with any garage door problems in the future.

My garage door chain was off track and need to be serviced. They came quickly and assessed the situation and pointed out that the wheels on the track needed to be replaced as well. (Had not been done in 12 years!) I went ahead an upgraded the garage door opener as well and installed a remote key pad. The entire job was done in less than an hour! They are super knowledgeable!

It went well. I had a very old door and lift. They were happy to just do the simple maintenance I paid for, but I inquired about replacement. They were prepared for that, had samples to show me. They were even able to send a team out that day and within hours, I had a new system in place. I am very pleased.

It went very well. The man was very experienced, courteous, respectful, and pleasant. Really knew his stuff, and explained a few things to me as well. He was a few minutes early (how wonderful!) and did not dally around, got to work, took care of everything, told me what to look out for, and told me approximately when it would need attention again. He even asked if he could afix a company sticker with the phone number by the door opener push-button. Wonderful that he asked first, of course I did want it right there where I would be if I had trouble or needed maintenance again. And I will call them again when the door needs servicing. I highly recommend this company.

Couldn't ask for better service. Even though it was after hours Michael arrived within 30 minutes of my call and diagnosed a faulty sprocket and stripped belt. After he carefully explained my options I elected to repair, not replace. It was all done within one hour of his arrival, including a turn-up of the door bearings and main spring at no additional cost. Fine, courteous work, all of it.

I told him that I did not want the door repair because the additional $180 was more than I was expecting, and that I just wanted the tune up. The worker Tony had a bad attitude, and stopped during the middle of the job. I believe he was mad that I did not want to hire him for the additional repair. He ended up just leaving without completing the work. I would never recommend them.

It went extremely well! Called this company late morning and they arrived 30 minutes later. They did an excellent job replacing this door which had to be customized to fit the space and completed the job in three hours! This on a Saturday! Would like to recommend them for a superior service award!

Very well. I liked that the technician pointed out the good things about our door. He recommended things that could be done to fix noise and head off future issues.

Call in the morning and was able to get a technician out to the house in a couple of hours. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Thoroughly explained the repair process and provided optional recommendations for improvement to the aging parts. Just over an hour later the garage door was up and running in tip top condition and better than before. Great service!
