From initial phone call to the installation crew leaving, this was an extremely pleasant experience working with Renew Home Exteriors. Michael made several trips out to our home to talk to us about options, ideas and other improvements we can make. We ended up with complete new siding all around the house, window shutters, and a brand new front door. David (the project manager) was in constant contact with me while the work was being done. The installation crew that came out were extremely friendly, enjoyed talking to me and answering all my questions while work was being done. After each day, they cleaned up like they were never there even though they were going to be right back the next morning. Having confidence and trust in contractors coming to your home is extremely important and this company understands that and works with you to ensure you understand the entire process. No salesman pitches, just honest conversations. My wife and I are very glad we chose to use Renew Home Exteriors and recommend anyone considering work on their house to let Michael or David have a chat with you to talk about what they can do. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people who work there. From the initial consultation with Michael to the briefing by David just prior to beginning the job to the final walk-around with Dana, everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is unusual to find a company that is more interested in making sure the customer is happy than their bottom line. Michael first visited the property in extreme adverse conditions (cold, rainy, no proper place to park due to washed-out driveway) He treated me and my property with utmost respect, provided me with options and stayed in touch periodically until I made my decision. David, the project manager, stayed in touch to schedule the work, provided oversight, and answered all my questions and concerns. Dana and his brother actually provided the expertise and labor to complete the job. These are hard-working guys! They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, removed all debris and provided a walk-around prior to my sign-off. I have another property that needs siding and these are the people I plan to call.

From Michael the initial contact through out the install with project manager David was nothing but excellent. Had a minor issue after completion of work. They came out corrected the issue and I couldn't be happier. I used renew home exteriors for siding on my house. I am very satisfied in the work they completed. My home looks like a new home and the contractors listen when you request or mention something that you see or would like different. The whole operation from estimate to finished job was very timely and professional. Our chimney siding looks new and really upgrades the exterior of the house. We are very pleased with the finished product and will surely use their service again if needed.

The entire experience with Renew Home Exteriors was very pleasant. On the sales end Michael was extremely knowledgeable and were no high pressure sales. The installation side the crew was unbelievably courteous and professional. Showing up timely every days and worked ALL day till dark. He was very informative and walked us through every decision. I would recommend this company to anyone needing vinyl siding or replacement windows. The workmen were prompt and arrived at the same time every morning. The men who replaced my windows were very clean in their work habits and picked up after they were through working. It was as if they were never there. The crew that applied the vinyl siding were professional, skilled workers and the job when it was finished was excellent. The workmanship of all the men that came to my home was exceptional. I was pleased that what was agreed upon at the signing of the contract was exactly what happened in the finished product.

Overall, I had a great experience with Renew Home Exteriors. The whole process from beginning to end took a good amount of time (a few months), but the end result was completely worth it! And any hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally, and I am very pleased! (Note, the pictures I uploaded are before and after pictures).

They did a fabulous job! I also asked them to do something they don't normally do; they happily granted my request and didn't charge extra. I'm a graphic artist, so I am very particular on how things look. They were very attentive to detail. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished.
