We just used Rescue Air this week and today(Sunday) to get our ac service work and recharge. The company representatives were Marianne through the office and Roman was our tech. He was very professional and felt like he was upfront with his recommendations and preparing for our longterm needs. He gave us great information about the options available and shared the company basics about their size, location, and financing options when we are ready to move forward with our new system. Will be using them again as they value our business and provided excellent service

Just when I thought I had already received a train of perfection HVAC services from Rescue Air Heating Cooling (and Plumbing), yes they raised the bar even higher. Today, repair expert, consultant, and general impresario Mr. Roman Arnold diagnosed, repaired, and rescued my older but wiser and otherwise excellent HVAC system from a state of non-function and he did this in only a few minutes, getting right to the heart of the matter fast. This did not surprise me only because my experiences with TEAM Rescue Air consistently demonstrated highest technical expertise, experience, sound practical judgement, kindness, consideration, listening skill sets, and representing clientâ s best interests. Today Rescue Air Heating & Cooling sent Mr. Zac Schmitt to replace two Lennox S30 iComfort thermostats/hubs with S40 thermostats on Lennox recall. Mr. Zac Schmitt and Rescue Air are superb professional experts and this is not surprising considering my past experiences with Team Rescue Air. Zac has outstanding superior advanced technical understanding of these complex systems including my one system with complex iHarmony zoning features. He made wiring improvements to prevent irregularities and glitches in the future. Zac re-programmed the new S40s to balance, match what we had, and what we needed, all this with superb effectiveness, efficiency, patience, listening skills sets, and kindness. Thank you Rescue Air for sending Mr. John Apida outstanding professional for my annual 3 systems furnace service: comprehensive; motivated; expert; facile; detailed; solution oriented; efficient; experienced; wealthy fund of knowledge; gifted; focused on solving based on history offered from customer proving listening skill sets. Solved comm- link between iComfort and Hub by repositioning high tech equipment per specs. Also improved safety on A/C interlock wiring with recent furnaces., proving his thorough inspections. It all starts with actually really caring AND representing clients best interests. All this is not surprising and consistent with prior wonderful encounters with Rescue Air which I joyfully selected for my HVAC company.

Quick and professional. Roman took the time to explain the issue and review my options. After the repair he triple checked that the unit was working correctly. He recapped the visit and thanked me for my business. I will absolutely recommend Roman and Rescue Air.

Great install professionals, but the salesman told us we would get 0% interest for 1 year and we were approved and we got the invoice which showed that interest was charged. We called the owner and he said he would handle it and he did not.

I called Rescue Air when my grandfather's A/C stopped working, and the service experience was fantastic throughout. Even though it was the Fourth of July, Rescue Air was able to dispatch a serviceman about thirty minutes after I called. Roman conducted a thorough inspection of our system and was quickly able to diagnose our unit. He was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly what was wrong with our A/C. Professional, punctual, and fair - Rescue went above and beyond our expectations.

Outstanding service from rescue air. I just got my AC serviced and Roman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Roman fixed my air conditioning issue with ease. I am very inquisitive and all of the questions I asked were answered professionally. Roman educated me on some aspects of my HVAC system. My wife will be please with me now that we have cold air blowing.

Roman came out and did a great job. He was earlier than expected but communicated that prior. He was very professional and did exactly what we needed. Would 10 out of 10 have him come out again!

Blake with Rescue Air was super, he was very punctual and an extremely nice guy. He was very informed and fix our problem with the plug problem that was tripping our breaker. Very pleased! Saul and Melvin were very nice and efficient with giving us the information and doing our installation. They both went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us to the fullest. Saul and Melvin worked very well together to give us the options that were there to make us happy. I also, will be recommending Rescue Air to all my friends. Allen was a good rep also and made us feel and know that we were using a very competent and well trained staff to do the job right .

Ed N. was full-on awesome professionally, personality wise, respectability and just general helpfulness. He respected covid protocol and wearing foot covers without my prompting. He explained in lay person terminology what he was doing and why. He was very personable and quite the professional. Ten out of 5 thumbs up!
