Rescue air employee are very professional and curious they are the best if you ask me .

I received excellent response from Rescue Air to my online request for an appointment when my air conditioning stopped cooling for the second time this summer. Elizabeth responded immediately and Allyssa scheduled a service call that day. Roman was able to able repair my old system. I knew from previous service calls that it would need to be replaced à ¢à  à  soon.à ¢à  à  I decided to go ahead and replace the system. Roman gave me professional counsel on what was needed for my situation and the choices available. Looking forward to the install tomorrow and peace of mind of a reliable system.

Any time we have had anyone from Rescue Air out, we have had stellar service. I could not recommend them more! They are the most professional and honest company I've ever worked with. We have three units for our house and any time there is an issue, we call Rescue Air. Not once have we felt less than confident we made the right call, whether to check on something or to install a new system... these guys are good! Roman really went above and beyond on helping us resolve our AC issues. We have friends in the business; when they see Rescue Air's AC installation even they have been very impressed at the work they do.

Was notified in a timely manner via text/email re: Technician name & arrival time. Thomas arrived right on time & was very personable, professional, & prepared to work. He was very knowledgeable, upbeat, & positive. He was thorough & explained findings & recommendations. I've used Rescue Air for yrs. This is the only company I'll call for heating/air. So pleased.

The only complaint I had on the recent visit was this: The appointment was requested over the phone in the early evening hours. The receptionist answered and said he d let me know in the morning as to the time frame of the appointment. The next day I had to call again as I never heard from them. They told me at 10 am we were the next in line. The day came and went without anyone showing up nor being told they wouldn t be able to. I called again that late afternoon and they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. They never did. The next morning I called again early and they told me they were coming in 45 min. Wish I had known that the night before as we scrambled to wake up and start our day. He did arrive at 9 am.

Great customer service and communication. I appreciated the thorough explanation about what was going on and that I received several options to remedy the problem. Roman, the tech, was upfront and honest. He did not use high pressure sales but rather sold me exactly what I needed including a maintenance plan for my new investment.

Roman and Rescue Air were great to work with. I had a new unit in less than 24 hours of my original unit going out. ZERO pressure - just great service! I would definitely recommend these folks!

Rescue Air did a great job installing my new A/C system yesterday. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys who were well-prepared, energetic, and ready to get the job done. They were extremely thorough. I have two A/C systems in my house. Although they were only replacing one, they performed minor enhancements on the other to extend its life and performance. I paid good money for my new system, but I am firm believer in "you get what you paid for" and I feel that I received great value for my money.
