Alan was excellent! He answered any questions I had and offered advise to help my equipment last as long as possible.

Roman came out today to diagnose and repair our A/C unit. I was ecstatic that they had a technician available on a Saturday in the Summer. Another company said they werenâ t available until Monday! The lady in the office was friendly and helpful and Roman was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. We now feel confident having a â go toâ for all of our future HVAC needs!

Joe and all of the techs were very professional! Everyone I spoke with knew what they were talking about and were extremely transparent! The techs that installed my unit took extra steps to make sure my home looked exactly like it did when they arrived!! They were polite and worked HARD. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I was skeptical when I called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day. When Alan showed up I was expecting a ten minute sales pitch for an overpriced system. Instead Alan spent a couple hours with me patiently explaining my options with full transparency. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took the time to inspect the entire house inside and out to measure the air flow and temperature in every room, even tested the windows. I was extremely impressed. The installation for my entire HVAC system was finished in one day without issues. Gerber and Melvin were fantastic! Again I was impressed. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain all the aspects of the new system. I also have to mention the contact and follow up from the main office. They texted me before and after Alan, Gerber and Melvin came to my house, with pictures of them. Unheard of. This made me feel even more comfortable answering the door. I could go on and on. One more thing, they were very careful not to leave a mess. Alan even wore shoe covers when he came in the house!! I would and have recommended Rescue Air to everyone I know. Ok. One more thing, I have already seen a big reduction in my electricity bill. There is more but I am running out of spa

The Technician that was just here, Adam, did an outstanding job and kept us informed along the way. I could not recommend them more highly.

This company and their technicians are so professional , nice, customer-driven and technically efficient. I am so happy I got on their cost-effective monthly program for regular maintenance. Roman was fantastic, such a professional. He repaired our HVAC system to get it cooling again and I couldn''t be happier! This is a company that works for their customers.

Roman did a great job diagnosing an old dying system that had stopped working. Unfortunately it was time for a new system and he worked to find a replacement that fit my needs. Highly recommend Rescue Air!

Todayâ s experience was consistent with prior appointments. From the scheduling, notifications, and service call, this company beats all expectations. Blake was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and proactive in proposing a solution to treat an odor from my unit. Because he knew it would cost me money, he called his service manager to join us for a second opinion. Chase arrived within 15 minutes and the two of them decided the best way to determine next steps was to dismantle the entire unit to inspect it and assure themselves (and me) that nothing was wrong with the unit. They ran an air quality test following that backed up Blakeâ s initial call on what we needed to do. I am especially appreciative, confident we made the right decision, and impressed by the culture built into this company.

My technicians did an excellent job in explaining the various problems I was experiencing with my HVAC system. They provided me with pictorial proof and clearly outlined the solutions available to fix the problems. In addition, they included some maintenance to my heating unit for which I was not charged. After the work was completed, they even cleaned my floors of debris. I would not hesitate to highly recommend their services to others!
