I highly recommend Rescue Air for all you heating and air conditioning needs. This company puts the customer first and followed through on all promises and appointments. I had used them once before for a rental property and had been pleased by their service, so when I needed assistance on our home, I called them for help. Our furnace went out late on Wednesday night. The next morning around 7:30 I called Rescue Air to schedule a service call. In less than 3 hours, Chris, a service technician, arrived at our home. He quickly found the problem. I was given estimates to repair our old system and costs for a new furnace. I also asked about costs for a new air conditioning system since our current system was getting pretty old. I was quoted different cost options to replace the entire heating and cooling system. Chris was knowledgeable and patient as I called my husband and had him explain our options to him. Chris did not try to hard sell, he simply stated the costs to try to repair the old system and costs for a new furnace or an entire new system. We chose to install an entire new system. The install was scheduled the same day. Antonio and his helper arrived in the early afternoon and stayed until around 8:30 installing the new furnace that same day so that we could use the furnace that night. They returned early the next day to complete the air conditioning portion of the install. Micheal sold me a system with a Lennox air and heat pump. They came out the same day and had it done. It cooled the house immediately in 100+ Texas heat to ice box cold. I originally wanted a all electric system so Micheal sent his guys back out and at no extra charge took out the gas furnace and installed a heat exchange system. These guys really took care of me above and beyond. I will not only recommend them but will do business with them ongoing. Great job and courteous and professional, really above and beyond service.

Michael sold me the unit and he was very friendly and answered my questions and the techicians were out to my house in two hours and done with a full lennox air conditioning and heat pump install in only 11 hours, including pulling out the old system. They guys were all courteous, only a few spoke english as you would expect but they were always willing to answer questions. The system is great, went from a system that was struggling (before compressor died) to an ice box. I actually had to turn the temp up in 100+ degree texas heat because the air conditioner was keeping things so cool. And the system only would run for 3 minutes and shut off. Overall great experience and great system. Price was high ($9800), but for a mid line residential Lennox heat pump and air conditioner system in Texas that is the normal cost. - One Complaint, the heat pump is not working, I was told in October they would come out and fix it so well see then how it goes.

These guys are honest and do what they say they are going to do. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need like the big overhead companies do. They even gave me a loaner ac window unit to make it through the night while waiting on parts to arrive the next morning. It was 107�� outside. My Great Dane could not go to a hotel. I will use Rescue Air for all my air conditioning issues. Great work and very professional. Thanks........

Fast service. Honest and professional.

Wendy answered the phone after 8 PM, scheduled Roman for the next morning. I just wanted a checkup to make sure my 1 year old unit installed by the warranty company was operating as best it could. Roman found it was over pressurized with too much R22, could reduce the life of the unit. Reclamation was $495, ouch. He saw the shock on my face and called the boss, who said waive the fee since they could use the reclaimed R22 for another upcoming job. Nice! They even waived the $89 service call fee since he did next to nothing and quickly, wanted me to keep them in mind when something does go wrong. So top marks for customer service and wanting to earn my future business.

I prefer to do business with local, owner operated businesses and Michael of Rescue Air confirmed my preference. The quality and customer service you get from Rescue Air is outstanding. Even during the first heat wave of the season in Dallas Michael and his team got my house cool again. Michael tried to repair my system but when that didn't work he credited what I'd paid for the repair toward the price of a new system. Yes, they tried to repair my system, came out again to determine what I needed to replace my system, and installed the new system, 3 trips all of which were on time, during the first heat wave of the season!! The installation team even cleaned up after themselves when the system was installed. You can only rate a company with 5 stars. I would give Rescue Air a perfect 10 if I could.

They answered the phone on a Sunday night ( I mean that's the only time an A/C quits - right ?). Mr. Hirsh was on the job first thing on Monday morning -very punctual. In 10 minutes he found the problem and completed his job. I was very impressed with the service and fees and would recommend him to anyone.

During "off hours" I was given a 2 hour window for service the next morning. Michael called to give me the specific time he would arrive and you could set your watch by his arrival. His customer service is TERRIFIC. What is very important is that he was able to fix my air conditioning in addition to providing great customer service. Under normal circumstances I would rate Michael and Rescue Air a 5. The work and service they provided during Dallas' first heat wave of the year should be rated more than 5!! I would definitely hire them again.

I cam home after working a long night shift to be welcomed to a very hot house...my AC had stopped working! I put in my info, Michael was very prompt in responding! Very professional, quick, personable, with reasonable prices! Now my AC is back working the same day it went out! I will recommend Rescue Air to everyone I know! Thanks again Michael!!

I called them around 8:30 last night and by 10Pm the air was back on and the house cooling. Michael was very polite and did a great job fixing the problem. He turned what could have been a bad experience into a positive. The charges did not hurt my bank account. I highly recommend d this company......and ask for Michael

They arrived before anyone's could on a Hot Saturday afternoon. Roman was very professional and knew his stuff. I will use them again.

The crew was very polite and respectful of my home as they worked to install a new AC system. They truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing, despite the fact that they had already installed another computer system earlier in the day. They took everything in stride and accomplished the task without any issues.

From the initial conversation with Josh to discuss the possible issue by phone, to Michael being at my property at the scheduled time, to the installation of our new outside unit being installed that same evening, everyone was very professional, courteous and cared about our situation and made sure we were fully aware of everything going on. Courteous and attentive service - did a good job checking out my AC in my new home and installing a thermostat for me. Highly recommend their services. Will be using them again.

Michael Hirsh with Rescue Air came out last Friday, July 10. He was on time, spent only 10 minutes climbing up on our two-story roof and filling our a/c unit that cools the upstairs with refrigerant. He charged us nothing! He was polite, courteous, compassionate, and generous!! Best service we have ever had from anyone doing any work on our house!!! Thank God for people like Michael Hirsh.

Very prompt and friendly

Lost air conditioning on a Saturday afternoon. Called Michael Hirsch, Rescue Air, and he arrived at our home approximately 2 hours later -- just when it was beginning to get really hot inside. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, obviously knew what he was doing. Had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
