Service on a Sunday! Thank You, Roman!

I originally rated Rescue Air 5 stars. However I think the follow through after the sale is lacking integrity. I waited all afternoon for a repairman to arrive to repair the drywall that was cut away during the initial install. This was to be repaired by Rescue Air at their expense. No one showed, no one called. It was important enough to me that I remembered the date, I guess it just was important enough to them. After all, they have been paid in full. I found Rescue Air through the HomeAdvisor website. I highly recommend this company! After waiting all day for a no-show AC guy, at 6:30 Wednesday night I called Rescue Air. Less than two hours later, Roman Arnold was at the door. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He promptly diagnosed the problem. My unit is old but Roman thought the repair would get me through the season. Due to the age of my AC, I inquired about the cost of a new unit. Roman outlined the options and gave me an all inclusive cost breakdown. I made the decision to purchase a new unit. It's a control thing, I want to control when I purchase the unit, not be forced into a purchase by the scorching heat. By 3:00 p.m. the following afternoon, I have a sparkling new unit, my house is cool and there is not even a trace of dust as evidence of the repair. I am so happy to have found Rescue Air ! Roman and the team are incredible. I will be a customer for life.

The technician was prompt, knows the business well. I have asked him to implement several of his suggestions. I have hired the company to be my AC service company and signed up for their Service Club Membership.

This company is by far the most responsive, professional, skilled and compassionate service provider I've had the good fortune to come across in all of the DFW metroplex. Last autumn, the AC unit that cools our bedrooms upstairs had gone out, but at the time my husband assured me he'd handle it before summer came around again. Shortly afterward our marriage dissolved, and order gave way to chaos as a lengthy 6-month divorce ensued that consumed our family. In May, when I was able to turn my attention to the house again, several problems existed that needed immediate attention; the AC being at the top of the list. For 5 weeks I contacted, scheduled and coordinated service calls with 3 other AC repair companies; nothing had panned out, the primary reason being the lack of available HVAC repair techs to handle the high volume of service calls made after the first major heat wave of the summer. All three companies missed one or more of the scheduled home visits I had secured. One company ignored my follow-up calls completely; another sent a tech who laughed at everything, even while quoting the exorbitant amount estimated for repairs (he left with a promise to be back in a few hours, 5 days later I was calling the office to ask if they planned on sending anyone back out). I was at my wits end with the lack of professionalism among repair companies and the tempers flaring from my teenagers. Determined to make the last HVAC call that would result in my needs being met, I painstakingly sifted through reviews on Google, Yelp and BBB to find the most reliable repair company that services my residential neighborhood. It paid off; Rescue Air was the first call I made after my research. The receptionist promptly answered my call cheerfully at 8pm on Friday night, listened as I recounted my difficulty in getting assistance with needed repairs, and immediately went about working me into their schedule (despite the fact they were booked solid for weeks) with a sense of urgency. For the next 24 hours, Rescue Air continued to provide unparalleled customer service; every interaction was handled with the courtesy and professionalism I had come to believe were non-existent in this industry. At 8pm on Saturday, MY AC WAS FIXED, and AT A PRICE TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS THAN THE PREVIOUS COMPANY'S QUOTE! Our repair tech, Roman Arnold, was amazing. His expertise and ingenuity became evident during a round of pointed questions aimed to diagnose the problem, and as he talked through his approach toward resolution, I was able to follow his logic and understand the significance of each factor that contributed to the breakdown of my AC unit. It takes a good tech to provide a solution that works....but it takes a truly gifted individual to do it at a fraction of the time AND cost, while teaching an inexperienced bystander the logic behind the process. Very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism I received related to the repair of my HVAC system. As one would expect, having HVAC issues in 100+ degree heat index days is not something one wished for. Starting early on a Saturday morning I set out to find someone who could help my family and me out yet being the weekend and at a time where temperatures were at their highest for the year I was very doubtful for resolution of my situation until the following week. Then I spoke with Tim from Rescue Air. After a brief explanation of my HVAC systems symptoms, Tim confirmed an appointment for later that same day. He explained I would receive a courtesy call prior to the technician arriving, which in fact happened as described. As expected, Roman arrived and had equipment in hand as he approached the door. After a quick discussion he checked the system and identified the root cause. Ten (or less) minutes later system was cooling as needed. Ramon spent the next 15 minutes or so talking with me about their company, corporate philosophies regarding customer service, and the research and time invested in building a solid, customer focused business model. Very impressive and easily identifiable as a company who focuses on their customers first and values the benefits of a strong, reference-able customer base. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

to be clear, I did not have them actually do the work because I had a friend of a friend that had his own company come do it for family pricing -- but they were very friendly, informative and reacted quickly.

Arrived within 2 hours, very friendly, personable. Found problem within 5 minutes, took care of floor around system. Made suggestion of a need for kick starter to alleviate the amps pulled from start up.

have never been as pleased with the service and professionalism as I have with Rescue Air in Richardson, TX! They are reasonable and honest and will patiently explain everything they need to do. I live in a condo and I have had three problems with my unit in the last six months, all emergencies due to either cold or heat. They sent someone out the same day, or the next day and were able to fix the problem efficiently and reasonably. Roman found the problem I called about this morning, and was able to diagnose and resolve it within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional! Antonio has been here twice and worked late into the evening to service and repair my unit. He was professional and patient with my many questions. Kimberly works in the office and is friendly and helpful in getting someone scheduled to come out, usually the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who needs air conditioning or heating repairs.

We recently had an evaporator leak.I had Total Protect Home warranty, you know one of those company you pay once a month. They cover all your major appliances,and you pay the service call.They don't tell you about the hidden charges. For this reason I had Rescue Air installed a complete new system in our home.The best experience we have ever had with any A/C company, thanks Michael for a job well done!Rev. Sullivan

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Rescue Air. Roman did a great job taking his time to correctly diagnose a complex problem and find the best solution that would work with my budget. He was punctual and came on short notice to diagnose a problem with my AC. Roman was very knowledgeable of heating and AC systems and thoroughly tested my HVAC components (thermostat, control board, contactor) to determine what the problem was. Rescue Air is now my go to contact for any problems related to heating and AC. Thank you for the great work!

They replaced my upstairs AC unit and also fixed the less than quality job done by the company that replaced my downstairs unit. They recommended rerouting duct work and installing 2 new returns. Air flow is SO much better. I highly recommend Rescue Air.

It is so refreshing to find a company who has a clear business plan, executes it with ease and makes customers – clients. Rescue Air is one of these companies. We had a Home Warranty Contract when both of our air conditioners acted up. One had a pan that overflowed; the other would not cool. I will never have a Home Warranty Contract again. We needed real professionals. An online search proved Rescue Air was consistently ranked tops by customers. Our expectations were exceeded. All employees and owners are all relaxed; exuding confidence. They are hometown kind of people. Starting with Kimberly who takes your call and manages your problem for you, to the technician that professionally understands systems and what the customer needs, to Antonio and his installation crew who know their business and when they are finished, except for the right temperature in the home, no one would know they were ever there. Once I saw a sign in a Baskin Robbins. It said something to the effect that anyone can make a like product for less money and the person who is guided by price alone is lawful prey to its poor quality. Rescue Air’s prices are fair and competitive. Their quality is superb.

Roman with Rescue Air did a great job or assessing our specific problem and resolved it even quicker without any hassle for up sale on unnecessary new products! We will definitely use them in the future for all our AC needs!

A cooler house gives me peace of mind

The technician was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made an offer of a reasonable amount each month for continually servicing the HVAC in spring, fall, and as needed with first month (and this visit) FREE. For our 7 year old system and into the future, this alleviated future HVAC worries.

They were real professionals, went right to work cleaning the duct work and cleaned up after all was done.

Dean and Antonio and the crew were excellent. I will definitely recommend them again.
