Rescue Air previously installed a new furnace for us, so when it was time to replace our air conditioner, we knew they were reliable and honest. As they've done on previous times, Rescue Air did a great job and put us at ease with their work. They responded promptly, and then walked us through their diagnosis and explained our options without pressuring us. The installation team arrived at their scheduled time, installed the new unit, and then gave me a "walk through" of the new system, to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation. They are a great team, they do their jobs very well, and the quality of their work along with their professionalism leads to a very positive experience.

First all, I would like to say my great thanks to the office manager and the two techs, especially, Chase, who came to our house to help on non- cooling upstairs AC system. The scheduling with them is very smooth, and feel welcome. Chase came in with very good manners. Most importantly, he really took his patience in such hot day, and his efforts to sort after the root cause of the complicated issue. Finally, he figured the 3-year old systems were mis-installed. They recommended me to ask the builder or installation company to fix the problem. Over the past three years, I made a couple of service request to the installation company. From the installation, after-installation quality check up, to service check-ups, no one in that company found the big mistake. It is Chase who identified the mistake, which if let it goes, would cause further serious damages to the whole HVAC system. My interactions with the installation company was difficult at the beginning. Later on, one supervisor from the installation company confirmed that Chase’s conclusion is right and offered repairs. Again, many thanks to Chase, the other tech and this company.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. In-field technician Jonathan was superb - he is very knowledgeable and professional. Gary performed the diagnostics and is great. Our unit is on the roof so not ideal in 90+F heat! The office staff are extremely nice, cordial and supportive.

Our A/C died Sunday night, and the next day we suffered through 100 degree heat because the best any other company could do was Wednesday. With temperatures predicted to rise (!), I wasn't sure we'd make it. Then I remembered my neighbor works for RescueAir. Roman came over, immediately diagnosed the problem (capacitor), and fixed it on the spot. So very thankful!

Installed a new AC/heater system the same day.

Great service. Used booties in the house and put the dirty ac filter and tools on a red mat to protect my floors. Look forward to seeing them again.

From first contact through to installation, the team at Rescue Air is amazing! Rescue Air's office staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional when I first spoke with them. The service technician (and co-owner) Michael was extremely easy to work with. I appreciate that he took the time to understand my needs and concerns about repairing my failing condenser unit. At my request, he presented me with a range of solutions explaining his professional opinion of the cost and benefits of each. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and the strengths and weaknesses of the various product lines offered by Lennox. He allowed me ample time to shop around for quotes and helped me explore alternatives to meet my price point. Antonio and his installation team were prompt, and well prepared. They worked hard through what turned out to be the hottest day of the summer. They finished the work in a timely manner and did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves.

I have been a homeowner for nearly 50 years and that is enough time to get a LOT of experience with sick air and heating systems. During that time I have dealt with a lot of companies in the metroplex and I can tell you that Rescue Air and all their people are the ABSOLUTE best that I have every dealt with. Honesty and integrity are highly important but these characteristics can be found here and there, now and then. However exceptional competence is rare and to find it coupled with the very highest standards of honesty and integrity are almost unheard of. I bless the day that I found these people because I KNOW that they will always do whatever it takes to get the cool air flowing again as soon as humanly possible AND that the work will be done to the very highest standards. Roman and Mike and all their people are the very best; if they tell me there is a problem and it needs to be fixed I know that 1) there really is a problem, 2) it will be fixed, and 3) the charges will be both reasonable and correct.

Well Roman did it again! We had a tiny little gecko crawl into a small space in our A/C unit. Roman came to the house asap and replaced the burned out part.

Roman had saved us once before, so I knew exactly who to call when our A/C started acting up. I called this morning and Roman was able to come out at a time that was convenient to my already busy schedule this afternoon. He was on time, professional, and went straight to the issue. It ended up being an issue an electrician will have to address, but Roman was patient and very thorough with his explanations in educating me on the basics. Having his guidance for the work involved and cost expectations for those services was above and beyond the level of service expected. You really can feel that Rescue Air prides themselves on putting customers first, it isn't always about getting the extra money from your clients! Good customer service with great service still exists! Roman with Rescue Air has gained a loyal customer.

Had a topnotch experience with Roman and Rescue Air today. Our A/C unit went out last night and was in a pinch for service. Roman showed up on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and started to explain what was going on without me prompting him. Roman was very courteous and even took his time to answer my elementary questions about AC units, which most companies would not do and even be bothered by it. Roman was able to fix the issue and suggest some tips on how to maximize our current unit. Roman was very honest and clean in his work. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for an AC service. We are so thankful Roman was able to come out on a Sunday, being without AC in Dallas is not fun.

This is our 2nd project performed by Reliant Air. Technicians Dean (2nd time at our home), and Jason did an excellent and thorough job. They installed a capacitor, a compressor booster, and did a thorough test of our system inside and at the compressor. As a Service Club Member with Reliant, we saved $88 on an otherwise fairly expensive job. They arrived exactly on time, were very courteous and friendly, and completed the whole job in a very short time. We are pleased to have an excellent and reliable HVAC Co. to take care of our air conditioning and heating systems. Another big plus -- our system went out on Sunday night. We immediately called Reliant and a service was scheduled for 10:30 Monday morning. Before they arrived we stayed fairly comfortable with A/C fan off and with ceiling fans.

Air conditioner broke late yesterday, called Rescue Air and they had someone out this morning. Roman arrived earlier than on time! He was courteous, Professional, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. He fixed the problem with no fuss and even took the time to show me what the problem was and how to help keep this particular problem from happening again! I will definitely be using Rescue Air again in the future for all my air and heating problems! Definitely give them a call for r your air/heat problems!

Outstanding experience. From the courteous person who answered my call to the professional individual (Roman Arnold) who came and conducted the service, my experience with this company was sublime. I called with a broken unit and they got me scheduled that same day. A little after I got off the phone with them, they contacted me and said the technician was finished early and could come by now if I was okay with that. Absolutely! No one wants to be without air conditioning during the Texas summer. Roman arrived when he said he would. He checked over the unit and quickly determined what was wrong. He kept me informed at every step and explained what was wrong. There was no pressure to sell me a unit even though my unit is at the end of its life. This was wonderful experience. When my wife3 and I purchase a new unit we will be contacting Rescue Air. And if we have any HVAC issues, they are the ones we will call. Thank you so much.

Roman came to the house to fix the A/C. We just bought our house and had quite the odd set up. He did not give up on the issue. He and Joe came back to the house same day to hack away at this squirrely issue we had where the wiring was all kinds of messed up. Not only did they fix it, but they fixed it in the most affordable way. Hands down this is the best service in town. I would not waste my time or money selecting another company for your A/C repairs.
