We are so pleased with our experience with Rescue Air Heating and Cooling. They were there to diagnose our cooling problem within two hours of returning from vacation. Roman clearly explained the problem and offered recommendations for repairs. His explanations were easily understood. Repairs were scheduled for the following afternoon. A technician provided a window air conditioner to alleviate our discomfort until the repairs could be made. Thankfully Eric our insulation technician was able to begin the repairs earlier than previously scheduled. He paid close attention to detail and did a most professional job. He was eager to answer any question this curious homeowner had regarding the new unit and its installation. Within 24 hours from Romanâ s diagnosis and Ericâ s installation we were cool again! We have used Rescue Air for a couple of years now. We had an unknown AC issue. We called at noon and Roman was here around 2 pm. Roman did a great job, kept us informed and gave us several options for repair. We will keep using Rescue Air.

Roman was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully explained all problems in detail and made sure we understood all of the issues and potential solutions. I will use Rescue Air again.

When our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, we contacted our Home warranty provider who told us we would need to wait until Monday and the company they connected us to had a bad reputation. So we took matters into our own hands and contacted Rescue AC late on Friday night. We chose them due to the great reviews they have online and they lived up to them. As promised they had someone out to our house early in the day and didn't give us long ridiculous windows of time. Roman was assigned to us, called us as soon as he was on his way and arrived exactly when promised. Roman was awesome: friendly, personable and super knowledgable and help us understand not only the problem but also things to consider and think about related to condition of our AC unit and options for the future. The best part NO HARD SELL, just lots of good info. He stayed to ensure the AC was running (and we talked Star Wars and geeked out a little together while we waited) Loved the invoice form with clear, all inclusive pricing, no fine print and no "mystery" labor or service fees. We even signed up for the (no contract) year maintenance plan which paid for itself with the %15 we saved. Thank you Roman and Resuce Air for saving the day and for making it a pleasurable and satisfying experience.

Was very impressed with professionalism and work by Rescue Air. Phone calls were pleasant and promptly returned. Scott was on time and explained up-front the process he was going to go through. While he was very thorough in checking the entire system, he checked several times to see if I had any questions, and there were never any high-pressure sales tactics. I appreciate the fact that Scott was a straight shooter, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again in the future.

Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through several options and helped me make the best decision for now with things to consider for the future. He didn t push anything on me. Definitely recommend.

A technician was send to our home within 3 hours of my initial call regarding the problem we had, we appreciated their quick response.

AC failed and they came out the next morning to service it. Got great advice and very prompt. Highly recommend. Has financing options if you need a replacement. Very fair prices for quality of service. One of the best service calls I've ever had for AC, will continue to use them in the future. I'm completely taken care of, and cooling off!

Very professional and timely...

My AC died last night and I was able to get an appointment in the middle of the night for someone to come by in the morning. Roman showed up by 11am and had me up and running again in almost no time for a great price. He also gave me some information on things to watch out for in the future with older systems. This is going to be my new go-to AC company.

Tech arrived on time -was professional, knowledgeable, friendly,& thorough. He kept us informed each step of the way; explained his findings; let us know what our options were, etc. We're thrilled & impressed with the results, with the technician, & with Rescue Air.

Rescue Air fixed some duct work and added dampers so that I could have better control of the amount of air flow that went to each room. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process, and as a result of their work, my house now has a consistent temperature throughout the home. I am very pleased with their work and the company.
