Got it done, in the rain! Put it back together and out of there in record time. I am a Real Estate agent and needed the job done, fast, to close escrow. I got 2 other bids. Dean's was far below any others.

Dean's responded promptly and did the work for the agreed to price. Can't ask for more than that.

I had several questions about what to install, and I felt he did not try an up-sell me, but listened to what I needed. I was interested in a tankless water heater, but we don't have gas at this home, so it was not feasible. They were here on time, very professional, left to purchase a water heater, and promptly returned. I had a catch pan installed under the water heater with a drain drilled to the outside through the block wall, and all of this was completed by noon on the same day. I was please with the quality of work, fast service, and price.

I liked him and he did a good job. They were quick and efficient.

Seems like most plumbing companies want $500/hour to replace a water heater. Dean's Plumbing arrived on time, gave me a quote and performed the work right then, for less than the other two quotes I received from HomeAdvisors list. The work was straight forward and complete in a timely manner. What more do you want.

Needed to replace 3 outside faucets. Dean's gave me a solution that cost less than half of other estimate that I got. The job was done quickly and the results are perfect.

The washer drain backed up on a Sunday evening. I called first thing Monday morning. They were very responsive and had someone out that morning. Chris was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I had Chris flush the kitchen drain also and everything is running wonderfully now. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived when promised and did the work I needed - what more could you ask for?

On a Friday, noon, I noticed water on the floor of the garage, coming from the hot water heater. I came to this site at 1PM and put in a request for quote. Within 4 minutes, (no lie) I got a call from Dean's to set up an appointment. Ronnie arrived at the agreed to time (3: 30PM), reviewed the situation and sat down with me to discuss the options like a replacement or buying a tankless heater. He also noted different options like a pan for heater and an extension of the manufacturer's warranty. He discussed the use of an item (I forgot the name of the item) that would help get hot water to the far end of the house. I did not purchase that. He left and went to a location to pick up the heater and that took about 45 minutes. He started the work and was finished by 6:15, Friday night. On top of this, he gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. If I have ANY other plumbing issues, I will be calling Dean's. I highly recommend this company for the customer service and value.

The response to a blocked drain was very quick and the office was very friendly and not pushy. The plumber was clean, courteous and caused minimum of inconvenience as he fixed the problem with one of those large motorized rodding machines. Unfortunately the first machine had a switch fault but luckily he had a backup so th ejob could be completed in 'quick' time. The cost was also reasonable compared to others.

The young man that did the work was very professional and knew what he was doing. The job was completed promptly and properly.

He was able to complete in two days. More work had to be done than originally expected.
