I have previously used Baker Brothers Plumbing. Their estimate was 60% higher than the cost of the work done by Dean's Plumbing. Work was done quickly and thoroughly.

God quialty of work and customer service, and resoniable prices

The technician was friendly, however he ended up showing up about 2 hours after the scheduled window. He augured the drain line which seems to have fixed the problem and while we were waiting answered some other general plumbing questions. Being a new home owner I'm not too familiar with plumbing prices, so I would say that while the service was excellent, what was done doesn't seem to add up to the money charged.

They called and let me know when they were a few minutes out. They showed up and gave a quick estimate and then replaced the small job ( some leaking + frozen washer connections) very quickly. Very friendly and very well done!

Ronnie Dean and Chris analyzed the problem with my wash machine clean out that was backing up. The first plumber out had told me I needed to replace all the sewer lines under my pier and beam house for $8,150!!! I knew this required a second opinion. Ronnie was that second opinion. He said let's start with snaking the lines to clear any clogs and then take a look with camera. That's what we did and I am happy to report that cured the problem. I am very greatful for Ronnie's honesty. He charged me a reasonable fee for this service.

Did a great job for a reasonable price installing a new sewer extension under a slab for my bathroom remodel. I'd also been thinking of installing a tankless water heater and they were able to take care of that for me too.

Second time using Dean's Plumbing and the second time was just as good as the first. Great job installing a new toilet. Cost was more than the big box store but I'm pleased with the service and would use again.

A old gas line needed to be replaced. They worked hard to get it accomplished with as little down time as possible. They do a good job.

After being unable to clear a hard clog in my kitchen sink's drain piping, decided it was time to call in a professional. While still researching plumbers on Home Adviser, received a call from Dean's Plumbing Solutions. When informed they could do the work in a couple of hours, decided to go with them.Technician Chris N. arrived on time. After assessing the problem, he determined he would have to run a motorized snake down the plumbing vent on the roof, requiring him to have an assistant. He came back later in the day with his assistant, also named Chris, and cleared the clog within 30 minutes. As indicated by the ratings I gave, was very happy with the work and the treatment I received. With the 10% Home Advisor discount Dean's gives, I felt the charges were very reasonable.

The owner was on the job, was very fair in pricing, and very courteous. He fixed the problem, he used a camera and showed me there was roots in pipes and said he could tunnel under the house and replace the pipes and he would offer financing and that was helpful to know if needed to be done later.

We had scheduled toe work for Monday but on the weekend, my wife went into the emergency room and had emergency surgery. Monday, i forgot the appointment and was in my wife's hospital room when the good people from Dean's came to do the work. When i explained the situation to them, they rescheduled the work and would not even accept a service charge for my no-show on the original date. These are very good people. The work was done very well and they left no mess.
