I received a call from Russell at Dean's Plumbing approx 5 minutes after posting my initial request on ServiceMagic...very impressive. Russell was able to come out early the next day and fixed our problem within 20 minutes. Very fast, very courteous. Great experience.

My water heater went down at 10:00 at night. Dean Plumbing was at the house by 9:00 am with a new water heater. There ended up being more work required due to my old system that was out of city code, but Ronnie Dean was fair on the price and the service was very professional. I highly recommend their services.

The guy was very knowledgable and offered many other things that were needed, and the cost was very reasonable

Very friendly employees, went out of the way to fix the problem after initial attempts did not succeed. Were accomodating and negotiotated on the price based on other company's quote. Only negative is that they did not bring all the equipment needed to complete the job, so I had to provide a ladder and long extension cord.

Dean's was professional and nice. I will hopefully not have anymore problems.

All requests up to and including installation of the tankless water heater were handled promptly and with a courteous manner. Russell is both knowledgable and efficient.
