The first thing is they didn't send the person as promised they said they were going to be here between 2-4 o'clock I had to call them twice before the company came at 6:30, also the price didn't match the estimate.

Overall very satisfied with Dean's Plumbing. Their person that came out was knowledgeable polite and clean. Price was a little more than I expected.

Dean's was able to send someone out same day to look at my problem, which was low water pressue in the kitchen. Upon taking the faucet and pipes apart, the technician found disintegrated dip tube from my water heater clogging up the lines. This meant that I was going to have to replace my water heater, which was 10 years old. My water heater, however, was a very cheap brand from Lowe's or Home Depot. They were absolutely delightful to work with, bending over backward to accommodate my schedule. I found the $969 price tag high, but it included a W/H with all metal parts & 30 yr warranty, installation, cleaning my lines & city inspection.

Angelo came out on time, explained what had happened and what needed to be done. I knew virtually nothing about water heaters yet Ronnie was very patient with me when I asked a laundry list of questions. They provided a very competitive estimate up front, were up to date on recent code changes and completed the job with no surprises. They were not the least expensive estimate but the value we got in return far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

They failed to honor the coupon on their website. The plumber quoted me a price of $219 to replace a kitchen faucet. He said he expected the job to take 2-4 hours to complete, but if it was less time, it could be cheaper. We supplied the faucet and he replaced it in 30 minutes but still charged the $219.00, again not honoring the coupon on their website. My husband called to ask about the charge since it only took him 30 minutes to do the job and asked also why the coupon wasn't honored. They said they would call him back. That was over a week ago and we haven't heard from them again. And the faucet was put in backwards.

Did not make the scheduled time of the first, second, or third appointment. First troubleshooting method on hot water heater was $350. That didn't work, and second troubleshooting method was going to be $425. This amount was submitted without the tech actually looking inside the hot water heater or ever putting a tool in his hand. When I wondered how he determined the amount he looked at the hot water heater and found the first repair part was defective. First tech walked into the house without knocking or announcing his presence.
