Dean's was able to service my call 1st thing Monday after a Sunday request. They were able to come earlier than my scheduled appt. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable of an older property (which is what I have) and all items were handled for a fair price. Thanks, Dean's!

I had Dean's install a new toilet in one of the bathrooms. The final price for installation was way less than what was quoted. Had I known what the final price was going to be, I would have had them replace the other 2 toilets with new water saving toilets as well. The entire cost along with the new toilet I purchased was under $250.00 They were also able to come earlier than I requested as well, allowing me to return to work sooner. To sum it up great service, experience, even took away the old toilet..WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

He recognized the brand of our pump. He called his office and found out it was still under warranty. He saved us $375.

Took a few days to finish work

They were here for 20 minutes and charged me $113. During the estimate process, they made the job seem much more difficult and time consuming than it actually was. They also neglected to tell me upfront of a 3% CC fee. Although the serviceman said they would not waive it, they did offer when I complained. I gave them a check instead, and then they added insult to injury by asking for my D/L. I then cancelled another $189 job they were to do later today.

I thought that I might have a frozen pipe problem. I contacted Servicemagic Saturday morning at 4:30am and was imediately called by Dean's Plumbing. I did not request "emergency" service because the pipe was already frozen. They said they would be out sometime between 8 and 10 am that morning. They were there before 10. After checking out both outside faucets, both had just leaked and not burst. The plumber tightened both faucets, requiring about 15 minutes. They charged a $90 weekend fee and $130 service call. I would call someone else next time.
