Arrived on time, did all the things we discussed and more. We would recommend them highly.

The owner failed to show up during the appointment window, only to call after 8pm to reschedule the appointment. Rescheduled the next day only to have the owner, again, fail to show up during the appointment window and ended up showing up 3 hours after the appointment window. No work was completed when he showed up. He said he would send over another tech to conduct the work the next day. The work was finally completed by the 2nd tech on the 3 day. I thought the prices were a bit more expensive than what I originally planned for. They did offer a discount (10% - able to get it at 15%), but wouldn't use them again due to the poor service by the owner of the company.

On time, on budget, and cleaned up their mess. Only glitch was not remembering to relight the pilot light on the water heater when they were done. I would highly recommend them to future customers.

If you change a contract price, let me sign an altered copy before work is done. Work done was OK, but it took 12 days. Be sure excavators can fix cut sprinkler lines and not cut cable lines.

The main sewer line out of the house was clogged. A team of 2 plumbers came. Very courteous. They cleared the line where roots had penetrated the cast iron pipe. Then they quoted us for repairing the line so that the problem would not happen again (that was the 3rd time in a year that the line had to be cleared and the two previous plumbing companies were disappointing in their services). The quote from Dean's was competitive so they came back 2 days later and removed part of the cast iron pipe that was in fact broken and full of roots. They replaced it with a PVC line. Job well done. Thanks.

Had three plumbers out to review and estimate. Ronnie and Sonny came out this morning, took a look, gave us the options on fixing a water main leak on our side. Their fix made the most sense to us and he even told us the span of "if we can do it this way, we will, if not, we'll do it this way" and gave us pricing. They fixed it the first way, charged a fair price and did it really quickly. They were professional, courteous and really great to work with!

Three project in one, two days for completion because of parts issue. Good work it seems. A bit pricey but hey, I didn't have to do it. Paid for their knowledge and expertise. Good job.
