Description of Work: They originally scheduled to come out at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday which I readily agreed to. And hour later I received a call from his wife asking to reschedule to 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning which I agreed to. He finally showed up at 10:00 a.m. He was very professional and walked through all the requests I had. However, I didn't receive a bid until 10 days later. By that time I just presumed he wasn't interested in the job and I had hired another company.

Description of Work: This is the second major job that I've used FAS and with great results both times. Two years ago they gutted and rebuilt two full baths and they just completed my kitchen remodel. Of course what started in the kitchen soon spread into involving most of the downstairs! Good estimates that they stick to. On time. Flexible. Clean. They clean up every day. Trustworthy. I give the owner the key and they come and go as needed. These were both major remodels ($12K and $11K). The next job is gutting the master bath and I'm planning that now. I highly recommend FAS Remodeling, you'll be glad you hired them.

Description of Work: Replaced wood counter top trim, made finished frames around bathroom mirrors, refinished the front door and sidelight and repaired and painted two other doors.

+ 3 moreJessie came by as scheduled and gave a bid. Work began and was finished on schedule. The work crew was very nice and polite. They were very neat and clean and didn't leave anything behind. They put drop cloths down to protect the carpeted area. The overall experience was excellent. They did quality work and will use them again when the need arises.
Description of Work: In bathroom removed and installed new custom fit cabinet and painted, plus new countertop along with hardy backer and new tile. Repaired damaged sheet-rock behind cabinet. Installed new drop-in sink plus new faucet and shut-off valves. Had toilet removed and installed new flange and reset toilet to remove wobble.

+ -1 moreWhen I first contacted them Jesse told me they were in the middle of a job and it would probably be 2 weeks before they could get to us. The quote he initially gave was very reasonable and they began the work within the 2 weeks. We learned that the cement slab was very bad and they'd have to level it but anything they had to do extra we knew about in advance. I was very pleased with the custom vanity David made for us. All of the guys were very professional and extremely clean. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours but always asked first if it was ok to finish up late. We felt very comfortable having them in the house..even the cats didn't mind too much!
Description of Work: Jesse & his crew completely gutted & remodeled our master bath. The only thing left was the commode which they relocated. The job included installing a new tub/shower, new vanity with a granite top, a new exhaust fan, new faucets & tile. Plus they took down an existing wall, installed a new door, rebuilt the fur-down & installed new lights. All the walls were re-textured & painted.

+ 2 moreFather and Son's was no more expensive than the other bids I received but they were able to provide me with references, and provided me a detailed breakdown of the work including a firm schedule. I called two of the references and received enthusiastic glowing reports. Father and Sons were very careful to protect my floors and and all my breakables, they sealed off the work area. The work they did was beautiful, they did work that was more meticulous and painstaking than I would have done for myself even if I had had the time. Father and Sons were very neat, organized, and had the right tools. They worked a full day every day. My kitchen remodeling project was done on time and I am absolutely delighted with the results.
Description of Work: Replaced countertops in kitchen and laundry room, installed oven and range, prepped and painted all kitchen cabinets and woodwork, installed new window sill, replaced cabinet hardware, installed new lights, and rewired outlets.

+ -1 moreOverall I have never had workers that did such a great job. They were there when they told me they would be there, and they did what they said that they would do and cleaned up everything when they were done: better then it was before. Beautiful Work!!
Description of Work: They did a total remodeling job of my kitchen, utility room, bathroom and hallway. They built cabinets, and painted, and removed fur downs, and cabinets, moved plumbing and much, much more... You name it, these guys can do it!! And believe me, if they can't Jesse will be the first to tell you. They are honest and have high integrity and do totally awesome work!! I feel like I have a whole new house thanks to them.
