I received a automated e-mail from them the next day telling me to contact them to schedule a quote. I was a bit frustrated as I expected a phone call with a little bit more info. After all I supplied a detail description as well as photos to try and better define my needs. However I did call them back and got a voice mail. Description of Work: I was notified by email from the contractor, they did not service my area and would submit a refund for me. I never received a refund, a was quite surprised when they let me know, they did not service my area, since they serviced all the areas around me. Very displeased.

Description of Work: Terra Turf did a good job with the lawn mowing service they provided for my yard. They showed up when they said they would and I did not see any issues with the work they performed. Their billing is also simple as they auto bill directly to my credit card.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $165 for 510 Square Feet of Premium Mulch Delivered and Spread. The service was fine. I actually contracted with him for additional mulch at the same rate. I appreciated that the work got done quickly.

Description of Work: They noticed I had black mulch, so they left and came back with the dark mulch. They spread it and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them.
