Philip Waldeck stands by his work and answers any concerns. Although I found out it was normal for the soil to shift after inserting piers when there is heavy rain, he sent his staff back several months later to add additional dirt when the soil dipped where the piers were placed. I will recommend him to my friends and associates.

My husband and I have a downward sloped backyard and we had asked the crew if they would put the dirt in the backyard for us, one so the HOA wouldn t throw a fit, and second to help the sloped area as a lot of the dirt has eroded away. I was honestly expecting a mountain of dirt in the back, and to our surprise the crew laid all the dirt and flattened in the areas that were the worst! They went above and beyond! Steady House knows the meaning of customer service and pays attention to the details which in my opinion makes a world of difference! We had bushes and everything dig out, and by the time we got home, it looked like it did before. I would recommend this company to anyone with big or small foundation concerns!

They did an accurate inspection of the foundations problems, and proposed solutions. The price was competitive, and we selected them. The work was very professional and done on time. After one and half day of work the foundations of some areas were lifted and the inside doors in this area were now closing again. Very good work !
