Phil came out to our property the day after I contacted him. He measured the variances in our slab and drafted up a quote right there on site stating exactly what repairs needed done and explained what the work entailed. When the time for the job came their crew executed the job on time and made me feel at ease about the structural integrity of our house. I hired them again a few months later to do a large drainage project on the same side of our house where the foundation work was completed. I purchased an older house knowing that one day the foundation would need to be repaired. Unluckily for me, that day came sooner than I expected. How Personable, courteous and professional service rendered..

This was pier and beam house with a slab addition. I have a 100 yr old farmhouse that was horribly uneven in all areas of the house. From the minute I requested a quote to after completion Jeremy, Jason and their crew at Steady House were very professional, hard working, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and everything that could happen when leveling a pier and beam house, that also has a slab addition attached by a lean to roof, especially when lifting an extreme amount. They were very fast in answering, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Our house ended up being 12 inches off from the highest spot to the lowest with humps and dips, our house is now within an inch of level in the entire house! I can't believe the difference and I'm really happy with the outcome! We even decided to level a slab addition that we weren't planning on but Steady House worked with us on payment and we were able to get that done as well. I rarely do reviews even good ones, but they deserve my time to write this review!

Very professional

I hired Jason because I have foundation problems, they came out and destroyed my house, they raised the house up 7 inches higher than before. now my plumbing does not work, drain lines are not draining properly, ripped the electrical meter off the wall, buckled my roof, used to have a 7 inch step going into the house, now it is 13 inches, back door will not shut, my house had an addition on it, when the house was jacked up it pulled the addition away from the house and there is a 2 inch gap between the house and the trap, no permit was pulled, now they will not communicate with me

Jason Waldeck did an excellent job of explaining in detail what and how the work would be done. He measured inside and outside. Work was done in one day and has been followed up by checks and phone calls. They have been very professional.
