Good communication about the project and when they could schedule. Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done now and what could wait. The results were just what we hoped for.

Overall a positive experience with the company. My biggest complaint would be that they did some cement work and now the cement areas they patched look noticeably different than any of the cement around it and some of it appears to already have cracked.

Phillip was very polite and knowledgeable about the task. His crew worked tirelessly to dig the holes and move the dirt to shore up our firepit to help our patio from further heaving. Would recommend this company for sure!

Phil was extremely friendly and professional. His crew explained what they were doing and showed us the work as it progressed. They even removed then replaced a section of fence to better do the job. Quality work for a very reasonable price! We were impressed.

Phil, from Steady House, returned my phone call the next day and came out the same day. He looked at our problem and said the problem is soil erosion at the corner of the house. He advised that we should build up the soil, re-sod with grass and install better irrigation, because it was too early to put anything under the foundation. He spent approximately 30 minutes doing his inspection, but did not charge for his time. If we do need foundation work in the future, it will be Phil that we call.

Phil is awesome. You're likely nervous getting into such a costly repair that has so many uncertainties involved, but with this company, you'll get a friendly, knowledgeable, and straight-talking contractor who will take care of everything and give you a fair price. He stayed in contact, answered all my questions, and his crew was efficient. His crew even went above and beyond and fixed my door as a bonus because the previous owners had just jury-rigged it to shut with a bad foundation. While I hope to not need their services on this house, I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I was able to discuss the resulting issues is advance to best address the specific method used (i.e. wall, floor, ceiling, landscape and structural damage) Transparent review of estimate and what was included and not. Able to review warranty, necessary reports for transfer to future resident, etc. Overall, a great experience and learned a great deal about the process.
