From the first interaction to the post inspection, quality work and great customer service. Steady House provided us with a 2 day 24 pier (11 internal) foundation repair. The guys are quick and professional. I will recommend this company to anyone interested in foundation repair. They cleaned everything up after finishing. Awesome company and the owner even drove out to check on things. Company has been around for many years and they stand behind their work,just check out the many many positive reviews here. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

These guys are amazing. I have a foundation that is made up of 4 different slabs and these guys came in and leveled the whole area. I would highly recommend them. They were on time and started the day they said they would. Completed the job in 2 days and cleaned up the mess. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again Steady House.

Phil came out to look at my house and shot me straight. He measured my home and told me everything is fine and my home was level. He did advise me of some exterior things i could do for my home to prevent erosion and protect my home from future problems. I highly recommend. He shoots you straight and is very knowledgeable.

I called multiple companies for our particular foundation issue, and Phil was the only one who was willing to do the work and was very knowledgable about our problem. They scheduled us within two weeks and had the problem fixed within a day. Highly recommend !

Great price. Engineers inspection/report included. Efficient, one day service. Once work began, they wanted to add piers for more support at no extra charge. Engineer said great work was done. I would use them again, if needed.

Philip and his team are amazing. Jason came to our house and measured our home which was badly in need of the work. I have never used homeadvisor before so we did not know what to expect. I submitted a quote and by that night even though it was late, Phillip had responded and gave me an appointment for the next day, so it was great customer service. We had a guy come out just a few years ago who "fixed" the house but unfortunately, did not do a very good job. Jason arrived when he said he would and treated our home with respect even taking his shoes off to enter which was very nice. He gave us a very fair quote and we agreed to the work and it was all done within 2 weeks. They even sent an engineer out to confirm work was completed satisfactorily. We were very happy and also grateful to both Phillip and Jason for their awesome customer service from start to finish. Editing for many reasons. However would not use again. :(
