Philip and the crew at Steady House know what they are doing. They are professional and efficient. Most of all, Philip was honest and straightforward with his recommendations. His price includes engineering drawings, and two visits by a licensed engineering company to check that the work was done properly, which it was. I highly recommend Steady House to anyone in North Texas.

Steady House is professional and very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a fantastic job in repairing my foundation. They walked me through the process and explained everything that needed to be done. In the end the final cost was much less than I was expecting. Again these guys are very very good at what they do.

Steady house fixed my foundation and did a good job at cleaning up. My neighbor referred Steady House to me. I had other companies come out to give me estimates and got a very wide variety of opinions about what was going on with the house. The owner came out and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would recommend them to others.

Did a clean job, from start to finish. The dirt around the pier sank down a week later after a hard rain and they came back out and fixed it. I was happy with the way the project went.

They fixed a broken slab at one of my rental home. Installed 28 piers to fix slab that had dropped 5 inches. Cleaned up good and had a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone that needs foundation repair.

Had 4 different company's give me bids/presentations to fix my slab foundation. I awarded Strong Pier the business for a number of reasons. First, the repair plan was the one that seemed the most logical. Some of the company's wanted to do less work which I don't understand because it wouldn't have fixed all the problems my house was having. Other company's wanted to put beams or piers places that I don't think my house needed. Only two company's had a similar plan of repair. Second, the price seemed fair. Third, I liked the guy that came out to house and he told me all the things that I needed know about the process. The project went well. When the workers were done they cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell they had been there. One of my boxwoods died a month later from the shock but I guess that just goes with the territory. I would hire them again but hope I never have foundation problems again.
