Description of Work: We are a few weeks away from completion of our project. Our salesman, Buddy, has been professional and responsive from day one. Our construction manager, Clay, has been timely and produced quality results to date. Pricing was competitive. The Riverbend Sandler show room was definitely a plus. Being able to see and touch what we were purchasing was priceless. Our experience has been a very positive one and we would work with this company again.

Description of Work: Attempted to contact Riverbend Sandler after power outage in December destroyed my pool/ spa heater, causing big leak. Once again, they did not ever return my email. Realize they must have been very busy, but this has been a pattern with them. Started using this provider when we moved into the house in 2001 because previous owner had used them. Communication was always a problem with them. I would call in, receive no call back, then get a call that they were on their way. They fixed a leak in spa for us, did a reasonably good job, but their men dumped concrete mix on the ground next to my pool equipment. Sorry I cannot give date of last service, so long ago I no longer have that record.

Description of Work: Riverbend Sandler built our pool and did a decent job. Their service after the sale left something to be desired. We use them for our regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning and that group is TOP NOTCH! | |

Description of Work: I have been using this company for only 3 months now, twice I have needed a special maintenance and was told it would be put on the ticket for the next service. twice the pool guy showed up and knew nothing of it. Of course that requires a call back to them and then wait for the next service etc. not happy with this company.

Description of Work: I filled out an online contact sheet on the web at their site and placed a phone call. Did receive email back saying some would call me which a man did and left his name and number. Called him back and did not hear from him. Again filled out online contact form and placed another call to company. No reply since then. Will be moving forward with another provider.

Description of Work: Riverbend Sandler pools is building a pool for me. I am impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the work performed so far.
