This company should be avoided. The provide a deceptively low "introductory" price, claim that you signed a contract for 5 treatments when you did not, and then charge your credit for the difference between their introductory price and their full price if you cancel. Their customer service person Stephanie Scott is rude and totally unprofessional.

They didn't show up to aerate the lawn on the 8/23(after I went to the trouble of marking the sprinkler heads). Didn't even call to advise that they would not be showing up. They person who answered the phone stated that they don't have anybody trained to aerate lawns. And yes they should have called to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Frustrating considering that the company sent an email to me in the summer time (around May or June) stating that they were going to aerate my lawn unless I called them . When I called them regarding the email they stated that business was slow and NO they would not just show up on their own (unsolicited). The email was to create some phone calls.

They did great on all of their fertilizations. I really don't have any problems at all. They are easy to get paid on line and they will call me if there is a question. They call and email me all the time so they are a real good communication company. I pay about $64 per application.

We have had them for a while and use them for yearly service. They do what they say they will do. We have had trouble with weeds and we feel they did not do as good a job as our previous company, but it was an unusual hot, dry year. Their weed control could be a little bit better, but everything else is fine. They set their time and they are usually here that day. We don't have to be here at all to open any gates or anything. I don't think there is any reason that I would not recommend them for just the standard service. We had called them and asked them to change our treatment time because it does not work with our schedule, but it was difficult for them to make a change. However it worked out alright. They did not promise to get right out and make a change in that, but knowing they probably could not I gave them some leeway. I don't have any problem with their punctuality. Their person I speak with on the phone about scheduling could be a little more understanding with me.

I have a regular contract with them and have had it for about two years. They are just fine and I am totally satisfied with it. I am perfectly happy with them. I have had some lawn problems and although it is not their fault but we have had to do a lot of work and they have made many trips. They are fine and are very nice, knowledgeable and caring people. They talk to me and are really working hard to get the yard in shape.

They are great and I will continue using them. The service I had before them was not able to control the weeds. So when I started using Lawn Tech for a week, they were great.

They are doing well. I've never had a lawn care service before since we moved to Texas two years ago so I don't have a lot of prior experience with lawn companies but I feel like the weeds are under control. Our lawn is still a little bit sparse but that will have more to do with our watering or seeding or other things that are beyond their control. The service provider that comes to our home is always the same person which is very nice because it is not just a random crew member so he knows our yard and he is familiar with what is going on. If I am home he always knocks on the door, he stops and talks to me. He is very pleasant. I feel like that there is a relationship with the person and not just service coming in and being done and never having any contact with them. I really appreciate the personalization in their service.

It all worked out fine. I was pleased with the service. They take care of the lawn course. When I call and have a need, they're on the ball.

I have been pleased with them. I think they made a mistake once but everybody makes mistakes. They have been always good and I don?t have any complaints. I have used them for over five years so I think that could say a lot. They do a good job. I pay in the beginning of the year for the whole year and I get a discount that way. The mistake they made once was the guy forgot to put me on the job order list so I had to call them again. They do a good job. I will give them a ?B? this time because my grass don?t look good this year and because they forgot to put me in the job order list. If you have asked me about this last year, I would have given them all ?A?s? but this year they have dropped to a ?B?. But they are very professional.

Lawn Tech is great. It’s $53 per month because we have a large yard. It’s customized per year yard.

They are good. They give you a call the day before to let you know that they?re coming. It seem like they know what they?re doing. Our grass has been pretty green this year. I don?t have anything bad to say about them. They?re competitively priced with other companies that do the same thing. Their customer service has been very friendly. I would recommend them.

They've been very good. I have no issues with them. They are on time. They call the day before or week before to let me know when they're gonna be out. They always leave information at the door when they're done. It's good.

It turned out great and fine. They always put a note on the lawn. There was no problem. They always show up and call us to let us know it's time for our lawn to be treated. They show up the next day. They are always on time. I would give them A's across the board. I don't have to deal with them. They show up and do their job and they're done.

I'm satisfied with what they did. I have a really big yard. I use them regularly.

I recommend them to other people. They've done a good job. I love their technician that comes out. They've got a good way of communicating with me. They let me know when they're gonna come out. They come out and do the services. My garden's in a great shape. That's I would expect from them.

They did an excellent job. My interaction with them was very, very good. The fertilization of the lawn was done very well. First of all, it was all green. All the weeds were gone. I can't ask for a better result. The price was very comparable with everybody else and in fact lower than some. They showed exactly when they said they're gonna do it. They have taken care of everything just wonderfully. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I decided to move forward with using their service again this year. Appointment was scheduled and fence left unlocked for them to come. I received a voice mail stating I needed to update my credit card on file. I tried calling Stephanie twice but she was not available. Around 4:00pm they had not shown up and I called a 3rd time and did get Stephanie on the phone. She informed me that they would not be coming until I had resolved the card issue even after being a customer for several years. She stated that she has to deal with 10 or more of these a day and once I update the card they would reschedule. Personally I thought she was very coy about the situation and told her that I wasn't sure I wanted to continue with the service if this is how she viewed their customers. She responded with consider your account canceled and hung up. When I got that evening I had an email she had sent with the subject line in all caps " CREDIT CARD DECLINED". They must have more business than they need. Personally I glad to be done with them.

I have used this service for 2 years and I have no complaints. They are always timely and my yard always looks great! I would recommend them to anyone.
