Excellent work (as usual). Caryn, Patti and their crew have extensive knowledge of their business environment as well as all of the (new) regulatory issues involved with water conservation. They are ethical and extremely pleasant to work with.

Called & arrived earlier than scheduled and completed all work. Very efficient and pleasant.

INCREDIBLE COMPANY! I knew of one leak - they showed me 3 others. Heads were raised, others added and moved - whole areas of my yard were dry and now get water thanks to this company. They worked VERY FAST, very professional and did a terrific job. But that is not the half of it - they knew I was having major knee replacement surgery and during the hot August month would not be able to get out and turn on my VERY OLD manual timer (and I mean TOTALLY MANUAL) to water my yard. On their own, they came over and put in a temporary automatic timer so I wouldn't have to worry about my grass and plants burning up. When I got walking around better they then changed out their timer and reinstalled mine, ALL AT NO CHARGE. They did this without my asking - just as a favor to me. This is a company that puts the customer FIRST! The invoice reflected every detail and part they used. As others have said Patty and Caryn are very hands on, responsive and two of the nicest ladies I have worked with in the construction industry. I warned them that they are going to need to hire some more people because I was sending them LOADS of business. All of their installers are irrigation licensed and they REALLY know what they are doing. I can't imagine working with a better group of people and they have a customer for life.

Returned all calls promptly and showed up to appointments on time. Very courteous and professional. My existing system put in by the builder was quite poor and now the coverage and pressure is very good. This company has pride in their work and does a very good job. My only minor complaint is that I had to spend some time filling is some spots with dirt that I felt should have been done by the work crew. However, I know if I had called to complain, they would have come back to fix the issue.

Caryn is very professional and knows her irrigation. She is a Texas Landscape Irrigator #8895 and Bacl Flow Tester #8606. She is very up on the latest in conservation and educates her customers well. She even sends out information in the mail about watering times and city rules! She and her crew were wonderful to work with. They came promptly and worked in a professional manner utilizing their time wisely to get the most done in the least amount of time. She explained all components to us and never pushed equipment on us for a sale. She is honest and will give you good service for your money. She has recommended other service people and I have found her recommendations to be accurate. I will continue to use her and recommend her.

I did not expect to deal with a spinkler company run like a corporation. From start to finish, the experience was cordial, professional and expert. The company has trained employees, certified irregation specialists and diagnostic equiptment to hasten the process. They are timely, skilled in communication and a complete pleasure with whom to do business.

Very impressed with business like approach of Patty and her team. Much more professional and better organized than any of the other sprinkler people we've dealt with. You quickly get the feeling that this is a business, not a shoe string operation as with some. They were hear on time, Patty asked about our needs and then summarized what she planned to do to get the work done. We didn't see any wasted time while they were here. Very pleased with their work

I left a message, and Patty called me back quickly to let me know that the company no longer does new installations in Garland. However, she kindly offered me tips on things I should consider and questions I should ask when getting estimates from other companies. Those tips will definitely help me in my search.

They're good to work with. Very willing to answer questions and discuss options. They work fast and do a good job. They even took care to dig up and put back our little annuals, and swept up afterward.

Caryn was able to give me an appt within a few days. She showed up as scheduled with a crew of 2 and they went to work immediately. The system hadn't been used in almost two years and was in a state of disrepair. They worked very efficiently and took a little over 2 hours to complete the job. They couldn't install a rain-freeze sensor as I requested since the controller I have is incompatible with the freeze rain sensor model they had (I don;t know if other models might be compatible). At the end they showed me how to use the system (I've never lived in a home with a sprinkler system). They promptly sent me an invoice and a quote for improving the system without ripping everything up,

The sprinklers in the new house were much backward. They were riser level sprinklers, and we ended up doing our entire yard. They are a very straightforward company, and I liked them. I tried to ask as many persons as I can to see if I am going to get straight answers that I can understand. In that sense, the lady was very helpful and being very educational too. She showed me what works and what does not work, not pushing more services than is needed. They were honest with explaining to me what was going on. They were good with online estimates and response, and I like that.

Caryn Walz, owner, arrived promptly with two assistants. They were thorough and professional and had our system in top order quickly. Caryn sent her crew on to other jobs while she remained to educate us about our system and irrigation needs for our home and the Plano area. We took the time to make sure we could work our system ourselves as we had never had an irrigation system. She was very professional and personable and is well qualified credentially in water management for this area. We will continue to use her.

Excellent experience. Highly recommended(Patty is great). I will call them next time I have any sprinkler system issues.

While Heads Up Sprinkler was an hour late, the owner and two employees came and after a brief discussion went to work. In one hour of feverish work, a tree root was chopped up, pipe repaired and the dirt replaced. Same competent experience with the repair of the station that did not work. All the work was completed in less than one hour and for less than $200. I'll take an hour late any day when I receive excellent value for my money.

Having had a successful minor repair with Heads Up previously, I called them when a sprinkler head popped off, and I realized my 12-year-old system needed a major tune-up. I told them up front to replace any and all heads that were not working properly, in addition to the one that had actually popped off. They came the next day to inspect the system, and returned the following day to perform the work. Since I was a repeat customer, they just sent a bill in the mail, including detailed explanation of all work, parts, and supplies. I am so happy to have a reliable sprinkler company available to provide quality service at a reasonable price.

This job took a few hours and all of the new heads are working beautifully months later. I don't agree with Heads Up that my improved sprinkler system "provides appropriate water coverage for the foundation", so I will probably have to seek out another company to provide a drip system for the foundation. Heads Up is one of the few local companies that tackle small re-build jobs like this. It may take a couple of phone calls, but Caryn and Patty will always come by and take a look.

Caryn came out right on schedule (actually she beat me and had to wait). She performed all the work herself and was very efficient. I was very comfortable with Caryn and felt like she cared about me as a customer. She also gave me some tips on timing my system to give me my best watering efficiency.

The owner came out to check. It was very quick to make an appointment. It only took an hour to get the job done. It took three workers to get the job done. The lady answered all the questions I had. She also showed me where the problem was and what they were going to do before they did the job.

Caryn and her crew showed up on time and very efficiently fixed a problem that we already had identified, found several smaller problems (i.e. broken heads, electrical line) and still came in at the estimated cost. Caryn took the time to explain what they did and why; if my husband were writing this he'd explain it to all of you. She also advised us how to use our system to the best advantage.

Caryn came recommended by our landscaper. He arranged for her to come repair some sprinkler heads that were damaged during a lawn renovation. While here, we also had her adjust/replace some others. It was quick work for her and she did exactly what was asked. We asked her to come back out to reconfigure our back yard stations so that a new landscape bed would be properly watered. Most of that was worked out via email... which at times slowed things down as I had a lot of questions. Any way, we got it all figured out and scheduled a time for them to come and do the work. They got here on time and were done in just a couple of hours (quicker than I expected). Everything is working well. Caryn is very knowledgeable in her craft and very professional in how she worked with us. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up well after the job was done. We are very pleased with the results.

They response was great. My call was returned promptly, and we scheduled a time to meet at my home. Patty listened to the details of my situation and proposed a couple of solutions, taking the time to explain in detail the work to be done, etc. We settled on the work that needed to be done, and the work was scheduled a few days later. The crew did an excellent job, transplanting a number of shrubs that were in the way, and they left the yard in great condition; they did a good job of putting the dirt back where it belonged, didn't leave dirt all over the yard or all over the walkway. The quality of work was excellent. And the solution is working great; no more water inside the house during heavy rains! While at the house, they also checked out my sprinkler system, replacing a few heads that weren't working properly.

She did a great job. She cleaned out all the heads, added a few, and realigned the rest. She made sure there were no snails in our heads as that can be a problem.

Our sprinkler system stopped operating. I found Heads Up Sprinkler on Angie's List and Caryn seemed like a good choice. She answered my call first thing on a Monday morning and we set up a visit for Thursday morning. She and her two staff people arrived separately, both on time, quickly checked the system, and identified and fixed the primary problem. We asked them to check, adjust and repair all the heads while they were here. They assessed the system, made recommendations before doing work, and with approval repaired a broken head that we hadn't yet found, replaced several nozzles to improve flower bed coverage, raised one head and lowered four others. Before she left, Caryn answered a few questions and made helpful suggestions for general maintenance. The whole visit was just over an hour with everything now running perfectly. We're delighted, and will be using and recommending Heads Up Sprinkler Co. as we move forward.
