All went well ... I would recommend this company to other A/L Members.

Robert was very punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable about kitchen and home remodels. He spent over an hour with me discussing/suggesting possiblilites. He is aware of my budget and is working on an estimate to get my ideal kitchen remodel within time and money constraints. I look forward to seeing his estimate and possibly going with DFW Improved on a kitchen remodel.

Prices are higher than the market, and they admitted it promising the best of the best. The final product is gorgeous, we are happy with the results but I will say that if you hire them, be prepared to check and supervise all work. Like in every company there are good and not so good workers and some of them have bad days too. The project manager knows his business but he can?t be everywhere. We will hire them again.

We previously had foundation work done and needed tapping, bedding and cracks repaired. After reading reviews of several companies on Angie's list, we chose to call DFW Improved. Everything from the first telephone contact to the finished product was a very good experience. John Dunaway was our initial contact, he is very personable and very professional. They performed the tapping, bedding and sprayed texture in 4 rooms and a hallway. The texture they mixed, in all rooms except one, was mixed so well that if you didn't know, you couldn't tell that it needed to be painted. Due to cost, we elected to paint ourselves. Everything happened in a very timely manner just as they said it would. The workers showed up on time and were very neat and tidy and cleaned up inside and out. The supervisor Shaun followed up with us throughout the project which took 2 days and we had no complaints. This is what I call professional. Everyone on this project was very professional and very courteous. When I saw the worker sweeping the floor from the very minimal material that had fallen, it made me smile and say this is a professional company. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend DFW Improved to anyone needing these type of repairs.

We are very happy with DFW Improved. They did what they promised in a manner that impressed us a great deal. Very nice work promptly completed. The Project Manager, Damon Dillon, is to be commended for his helpful attitude and attention to detail.

I met with Ed Westerman to discuss our master bathroom remodel. We have a small, dated bathroom with older tile on the floors and walls. We also have water damage to the greenboard behind the shower stall walls. We also wanted to have bathroom vent vans installed in the master and guest bathrooms. He was punctual, efficient, and informative. He provided us with a long list of suggestions, proposed a few ways to save a few dollars in the process, and gave several references. He gave us a written quote within 3 days of visiting our home.

Overall, the project work went very well and we were very pleased with the outcome. DFW Improved offered very professional service and advice. They were prompt with scheduling and project completion.

Repaired as expected. Repair still looks great.

We called DFW Improved to evaluate a leak in our roof. They weren't able to solve the problem. We tried to contact them again with no response from them. We decided to go with another company.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship. I really like that the company assigns a project manager so that the project is supervised by one person from beginning to end. All DFW employees were professional, punctual and friendly. I appreciated that everyone was very respectful of my home. DFW Improved also expanded my stone patio and erected an arbor a few years ago that I continue to enjoy and love. In fact, they are here today refinishing my garage doors. I will continue to use them for all of my home repairs and improvements, big and small. I highly recommend this company.

DFW Improved was very professional. They were punctual, and explained each phase of work planned for that day prior to performing the work. The quality of work was top rate. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and I would select this company for work in the future.

From conception to completion of the project everything went well. I had a few questions before starting the cabinets, and Doug didn't hesitate the bring the cabinet maker back to the house to address my questions. Painter did a great job and addressed every question I had to make sure the painting was done to my satisfaction.

Little by little, they are doing an entire house renovation. Everything is going pretty well. I am pretty happy with their work and I am pretty happy with my contractor. My contractor has bent over backwards to make sure things are right.

The service was good. It was a quick job and everything worked out fine. The price was comparable to everyone else, maybe just little a bit better.

They did a really good job. It looks great! Initially, they had a problem. One of the workers apparently clogged up a drain but they made it right. They offered a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. I was thinking of using them for my kitchen remodel.

The service was great! The day after, in the morning, I could feel wind coming in. I saw a big gap. They came back and fixed it. They painted everything around it and matched the colors. It looks great!

They are one of the several contractors that we are looking in for getting our home remodeled and they have been extremely professional, excellent customer service, good at replying, lots of detailed information, but we are not working with them yet. I would say that they are a higher price contracting company, but their services include a designer as part of the general contract, which a lot of the contractors do not have. They provided us all the paperwork when asked. They are a very professional company. We looked into them for kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

DFW Improved did a great job replacing damaged soffit, fascia and trim on the front of our house as well as a complete repaint of the entire exterior. I found John Dunaway (Collin/Denton County Sales) to be extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the repairs needed, very responsive to my questions and patient working with me. This project was originally scheduled for October 2012 but needed to be delayed. I was able to pick back up with DFW Improved six months later with no problem. They worked with me to meet my quick turnaround for work done something I really appreciated as we were looking to list our property. Would definitely work with DFW Improved in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a full-service contractor.

They did a good job. The service was covered under insurance. They just came in when someone was there and inspected it. They didn't see any damage. It was a very small inspection of the master shower. They were pleasant and answered questions, but it wasn't a very big project, so it didn't take very long.

The crew showed up the day they were to begin and worked through the holidays until the job was complete.
