Everything went very well. Sandy brought many samples for vertical blinds. She measured all the areas and made recommendations. I paid half down to get started. I think it took less than 2 weeks for all the blinds to come in. It was pretty easy to coordinate an installation day. Her installer, George, was very nice and skilled. I had vertical blinds installed on 2 patio doors and a large bay window. I also had valances made for 6 windows. Everything looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the blinds purchased. I'm sure I will use her company again in the future.

From the first call, Sandy did a fabulous job -- from the selection process right through the installation. Sandy came to our home and worked with us to give a "wow" effect in enhancing our living room window which extends 14 feet across the back of our home. She recommended several different styles and worked with us three to four hours looking at different fabric and trim options. She took careful measurements to be certain everything would fit just as planned. Sandy is professional, knowledgeable, very creative and great fun to work with. My first fabric choice turned out to be discontinued and Sandy called me that same evening. The very next day she called back and had two more fabrics to suggest and insisted on making the long drive (35 miles one way) to our home to make absolutely certain that the fabrics she recommended would be perfect with the color of the walls, furniture, etc. I was so impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile! The work was completed timely and Sandy returned with her installer (George) who did a fabulous job with a smooth, flawless installation of the cornice and drapes. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. Sandy captured perfectly that "wow" factor we wanted and truly enhanced our home. We highly recommend Sandy....she is everything you hope for and more in a fine decorator.

Sandy provided us a quote on August 5th to provide pleated sheers for two very large living room windows. At the time of the quote she indicated that the sheers would take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call a couple of weeks later to inform us that the sheers were ready. She and her installer came out the morning of August 20th to install them. One set of sheers needed some minor adjustment which she had to return to the shop to make the changes. She and her installer returned later that afternoon to install the modified sheers. The installer then steamed out any minor creases and made certain that all pleats were perfect and that both sets of sheers hung perfectly. Decorators Delight did a great job and we could not ask for nicer looking set of sheers.

Sandy was so kind to come on short notice to my house on a Saturday the day I called. However, she only had 30 minutes to spare and our meeting had to be quick; she measured all windows. She was prompt in providing me with a quote for 5 shutters and 16 blinds. I needed the shutters first. The quote was comparable with Lowe's for the shutters at $3,751.95. The only reason I did not go with Decorator's Delight is because I needed more advice on how to handle a window that was akward given the how the ceiling sloped into the upstairs room. I found another vendor that figured it out with how I wanted the window to function. She did indeed provide a quote for 16qty faux wood blinds at $1,883.55 and that cost seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to spend with Sandy, so I moved on to getting other quotes and ideas.

I couldn't be more pleased with the window treatments. I love the quality and the color of the fabric that Sandy suggested. I was also impressed with the installation.

Sandy was absolutely delightful to work with. Her trained eye and patience made what is a major home upgrade a fantastic experience. As soon as she caught onto my vibe, she guided me through what seemed like a daunting amount of sample books to define my style. Sandy listened to me, didn't put any pressure on me and helped create a wonderful living space for my home. Between her professionalism and keen creative eye, you really can't ask for a more qualified person to assist you. I would definitely recommend Decorator's Delight for your needs. Sandy did a fabulous job from the first call for information, then the selection process at our home, and finally the installation. The selection process was great fun and Sandy was extremely knowledgeable and creative. Then she came for the installation which was flawless. We did about half of the house and will definitely be doing the rest with Sandy!

Sandy took control of the entire process, checking out the spaces, bringing in the contractors, booking the dates, checking the work, etc. Professional work, well done.

Sandy's installer came on 9/18/13 and everything went well. The installer noticed that one blind was a little crooked and he could not adjust it enough . Sandy ordered a replacement blind that same day. It is now installed and everything looks great.

Sandy is a joy to work with. She is so kind and professional and I would definitely recommend her. The Faux iron is beautiful!

Sandy meet with me at my home to select fabric for my new drapes and shades. She brought hundreds of swatches and spent a lot of time talking with me to get a feel for my preferred style and helping me make selections that would work with my existing decor. She was a terrific advisor and presented ideas/options that I had not considered. I finally made a decision and while she was getting the prices and dates for delivery, I changed my mind on the fabric. Sandy did not get frustrated with me at all and in fact was very encouraging about finding the "right" fabric. Once I finally decided, again, she gave me the price and the delivery dates and I felt absolutely terrific about the process. Sandy delivered all items on the agreed upon date and the installation of the window treatments and shades could not have gone smoother. Her installer was nice, effiecient and knew what he was doing. Considering the service and the one-on-one attention that Sandy provided made this such a good experience. I found her pricing to be competative and would recommend her services to anyone.

Sandy was very friendly as well as professional. She came to my home with ideas and samples of window coverings. Since I didn't want blinds she showed me different options and even left sample shades for me to "play" with which definitely helped me decide. The shades arrived in a timely manner and were even better than I expected. One shade was not quite the right size due to a manufacturing error and Sandy was right on top of it. The installer, Ron, was very efficient and Sandy was there to ensure the shades were installed properly. I really love my new Nantucket shades and I will definitely use Decorators Delight again!

Sandy arrived at the appointed time and got to work immediately measuring the windows. She was thorough and gave me advice on color and blind style. The blinds were ready on time. the installer(George?) came at the appointed time and was very friendly and quite efficient. He installed the blinds in no time, and they are beautiful! Thanks, Sandy.

Sandy came to my house multiple times with many sample books to help me find the right combinations and products. We needed sun blocking shades, privacy drapes, custom bedding, and decorative window treatments. Sandy suggested designs that are striking. The drapes, bedding and decorative pillows were made on schedule and promptly installed. I couldn't be more pleased!

Sandy helped us choose the type of treatments we wanted. In the case of the living room we already had an idea for a scarf-like design and she helped flesh it out with some good suggestions and some unusual design elements. Upon delivery she noted that the drape did not hang evenly and with no prodding took it back to redo. She brought it back within a week and on the second try it was perfect. In the DR, she suggested some treatments we had not only not thought of, but had never even seen. Once we selected them, she produced them and had them installed. Both rooms are stunning - Sandy's treatments really brought them to life.

I'm very happy with the service and the results. All appointments were prompt, I loved her suggestions, and installation went very well. I have more windows to do down the road, and I will use Decorator's Delight for those when the time comes.

Sandy provided expert consulting om window treatments for our kitchen and breakfast area, and her seamstress did an excellent job on the valances. From start to finish, the service was very professional and personable.

It did not go well. After the initial contact, I mentioned the date and time to meet. The provider mentioned she will get back to me on it but never did (TWICE). If she did not want the business, she could have just mentioned. It did not leave a good experience with me and I am not going to do business with the provider if this is how a "potential' customer is treated let alone a "current' customer.

Sandy responded quickly to the call. The work was done quickly. They left off the buttons, but came back immediately and completed the work as requested.

Great work at a reasonable price. When we need custom window treatments, we turn to Decorators Delight.

Sandy brought samples to my home, helped me select woven blinds & prepared an estimate, all in one visit. She worked with me to provide a price I could afford, and helped check on some installation questions. She was timely, helpful, and patient; the follow-up was excellent. The installer couldn't have been better - on time, very careful, clean, and patient working around tight spaces. He discussed options before doing the work, and was "just plain nice." Excellent overall experience!

FANTASTIC - My wife LOVES our choice! Sandy visited our home on three different occasions to insure we had the latest and best choices available. Her installer was great and the entire experience was "very professional". Sandy is a great person and you won't be disappointed with her!

Every day I walk by my curtains and am so pleased with the finished product. The blinds also match the existing blinds and paint very well thanks to Sandy's expert eye. After the draperies were hung I decided that I wanted a different method of opening them and Sandy was very accommodating to get me just what I wanted at no extra cost. I want my house to look beautiful but decorating is not my strong suit. Sandy's skill in decorating made up for my lack of it. I will definitely call her again when I need a decorator.

Sandy arrived at my home in a timely manner. She supplied window covering books with samples to choose from. After I chose the blinds I wanted she emailed me that day with an estimate. I decided to change some of the blinds that I had chosen and she graciously dropped other sample books at my front door for me to look at. She stopped by later that day to help me confirm the changes I wanted to make. My order was placed, measurements were taken and my blinds arrived and were installed in time for my holiday party on the 5th of December. Sandy was professional and very helpful with choosing the right blinds/colors for my home. Her installer was quick and efficient although we did find many screws on the floor after job was completed. Installer asked if I wanted old blinds taken away. I said yes, but unfortunately was not informed there would be an additional charge for that service.
