I received a call on the day of the service to inform me the technician was on his way. Jeff and his helper arrived on time and were very professional. The new water heater was installed in a few hours with only a few additional items required to bring everything to code. Everything went very smoothly. My new water heater works great!!! I will use Classic Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Changing the toilet valve was pretty quick. The technician tried to clear the clog using plumber's snake, but failed after thirty-minute trying, and told me that a more powerful plumber's snake was needed. I was charged $150 for that hour's work. He came back after three days and cleared the clog in about 10 minutes with a new plumber's snake. I was asked to pay another $150 for the work that should be done the first time if the right tool was brought with him. I talked with the owner, the owner explained that the more powerful tool was not always with the plumbers because of not being used often, and agreed to charge $50 instead of $150. The same job shouldn't be charged twice because of tool.

This was on a weekend, and so they had an emergency rate for the service. They did a pretty good job, and they gave us pretty good advise on how to prevent my water pipe from freezing again, and I thought they were real prompt. They showed up at the house at the agreed upon time, and they did a really good job. I would recommend their services.

While they were quick to respond to my request for needing a dishwasher replaced and delivered they could not give me a flat rate on picking up the dishwasher from home depot for me, instead they quoted me $120 per hour delivery charges more along the lines of a very high priced taxi service (which I found ridiculous), then another $120 per hour for the plumbing which was stated right off in my email back from them that it would be about an hour to remove the old one and about 2 hours to put in the new one AND on top of that a $40 truck fee AND part fees that were not included. I don't know who can afford this but I certainly can't ......

Heard water running when I got up in the a.m. Identified it was in toilet we never use in spare bathroom. Was unable to shut off water at the wall, valve would barely turn. Also unable to shut off valve in tank. Found Classis Plumbing on Angie's list and called immediately. At first they told me they didn't have any appointments available until the next morning. When I called back and told them I couldn't shut the water off, they said they'd rearrange their schedule and get someone out by lunchtime. They called back a short time later to tell me that Curt was available and could come right away. He showed up about 10 minutes later, and found that the shut off valve was stripped and the stop valve assembly and flapper were all worn out. He replaced all of these parts, checked for leaks, made sure everything worked as it's supposed to. All of this took just over half an hour. Curt was very nice, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing -- very professional and pleasant to talk to! The bill was about what I expected (less than $200) and well worth it. I appreciate them being able to accommodate me on short notice and taking care of everything quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

We had another plumbing company come out who estimated these repairs to cost about $700. I had previously used Classic Plumbing. I had them come out and they were able completed all of that same work for $290. There were no problems with scheduling and they did a good job. They cleaned up well after the work was complete. I would hire them again.

Subsequent to the first repair, sustaining a leak in the same area. Called out the plumber, same firm, responded in a timely manner, found the problem quickly, fixed it, at no charge because the work was done soon after the initial call and repair. Stood behind their workmanship and warranty, which is extremely important

They merely located the leak, and said they would provide a bid for repair, but after many unreturned emails and phone calls trying to get the bid for them to do the work, I finally gave up. They aren't interested in doing the work evidently. The sad thing for them is they could have gotten a lot of repeat business from my company as I manage a lot of property in the area. If they would treat a potentially large client that way, I can only imagine how they treat someone that will only use them once. Good luck!

Greg with Classic was great, he was very conscientious, talking to manufacture, coming back many times, until the problem was totally taken care of.

After hearing about some horror stories regarding having floor installers remove and replace toilets during a floor installation job, that resulted in leaks, or cracked toilet bases, I decided to pay premium, and have a plumber do the toilet removal/replacement. I called the Classic office and told them my plan, and they worked with me to coordinate the visits. Everything worked very smoothly. Their plumber Bill was great, He was very professional, quick and neat. He has done several jobs at our home in the past years, and have never been disappointed. Classic Plumbing Ltd remains "our plumber on call"

One heater developed a leak due to the failure to secure the pipe correctly. When I reported it, they came immediately and fixed the problem and then had a water restoration team bring in fans to dry the water and repair the small amount of damage done to the bathroom linen closet. |I used them to change out plumbing in my kitchen remodel and they were prompt and professional.

Excellent. Plumber, Bill Amundson, was very professional. He explained what he was going to do as well as the potential problems. He completed the job in record time at a price that was less than what I expected.

Called and asked for a video inspection. They could guarantee service today provided I pay overtime to which I agreed. Plumber showed up with a snake and no camera. Dispatch did not mention anything about a camera just a clogged drain and i would pay overtime. Bill was very nice and explained that they don't normally do overtime for video inspections. I said yes but I agreed to pay it today so that I can get a decision on an insurance claim. Bill was nice, and quick and professional. However I did not need the lines cleaned out I needed them inspected. Update: They did send someone out on the 2nd. And he even showed up ahead of schedule. Very polite and courteous. Let me watch the camera go through and explained what he was seeing as he sent camera through. Went in and found location of collapsed drain.

Great - had it all done within an hour. It was cold and wet work but Kurt took the time to do it right. Actually a better set-up than before, so we're very pleased with that. No issues taking the Angie $10.00 coupon, either. Overall, good people. Will call again.

Everything went fine. I wanted an AO Smith water heater because they have better warranty department, as far as how they handle the warranties. The technician showed up with a different brand, and when I talked to the office about that again, she said that they stock American Standard parts, instead of having to order parts, if I had gone with AO Smith. The warranties and life expectancy is the same for both. Everything worked. They were unable to get the brand I asked for because of the holiday, but everything went fine. And their price was better than the other two plumbers I called.

Could not get them to come out. Work was requested at our Plano address. zCalled back to advise there would be a negative review and give him another chance, he stated there is only so much he could do and hung up. Companies should not advertise 24 hour service if they are not prepared to deliver

Came at 9:00 on a Saturday night to clean out lines under the house where it was clogged. Ken was courteous and knowlegable and Classic Plumbing did not charge nearly as much as the other plumbing company that I called.

Another SUPERIOR job by Classic Plumbing in Plano! This was about the 4th time we've used Classic Plumbing in Plano and we have been more than pleased with their work and overall experience each and every time! Yesterday, we had them remove/haul off our 3 old toilets and install 3 new water-saving toilets. We specifically requested Bill do the work, since he has previously done work for us and we really liked his courteous, friendly and professional manner. We called on Monday and set up the appointment for the next day, Tuesday. As promised, we were called when Bill was on his way and he actually arrived a little early. He removed the first toilet and installed the new one and let us see just how well the new one worked, before doing the other 2. He wanted us to be satisfied and we were, so he did the other 2 toilets. He did all this in less than 3 hours and didn't leave a speck of debris anywhere. Of course, he made sure there were no leaks and had us check all 3 toilets to make sure we were happy with the toilets and his work. Including tax, the job cost less than $900 and the price charged was the price we were quoted.......no hidden and/or additional fees. We were very, very happy with the price, the work performed, the quality of the product, the punctuality, the professionalism, and of course, it was great to see Bill, again. We will continue to use Classic Plumbing in Plano for all our plumbing needs and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to ANYONE who wants GREAT plumbing work done for a GREAT price!!

They brought out machine to clean out sewer lines in yard. Even though it was extremely hot outside, they were courteous and quick. We haven't had problem since with the sewer line.

The leak "expert" Classic sent out recommended that we reroute the plumbing from the water heater through the attic and down to the bathroom, where the leak was suspected. The cost of about $1900 was mentioned. My wife and I felt uneasy about the fact that the Dale, the expert, was still unsure about the location of the leak. We decided to call another plumber, who was referred by our insurance company. Their first technician came out and worked for 3 hours and just didn't feel comfortable about knowing where the leak was. He referred me to a man who specializes in leak detection and nothing else. I was not charged for the 3 hours this tech from the new company spent here. I had the specialist out and he thought the leak had punched a hole in a sewer pipe under the slab and wanted to send another man out to check the sewer drain with a camera. That was done and no hole in the sewer drain. The specialist returned and continued checking until he was satisfied that he had located the leak. I had not been charged anything for any of the work done since Classic left my home. The specialist spent more time in my home than they did, had a man run camera into my sewer to check for a puncture, and returned to find the leak. His charge was $375. I subsequently had the other company come out and they went in under the slab, where the specialist had pinpointed the leak, and fixed it. They charged me $1700 for the work they had to do to jackhammer through the slab and fix it. If I had allowed Classic do the fix they had recommended, we would still have had a leak. Sorry Classic, that's just the way it is.

My water bill was a little larger than usual. Called Classic Plumbing to determine if I had a leak in the foundation or elsewhere. Pressure testing revealed the foundation to be okay and free from leaks. However a leak was found at the junction of the pipe leading out fro the house and the sprinkler system. Dale carefully removed the grass surrounding the area in three squares and dug into the wet ground. He determined that there was a problem at the sprinkler junction and replaced the existing pipe, joints and O rings with new copper parts. He carefully put the dirt and grass squares back. It was a very hot day and he worked diligently on the problems It seemed a bit pricey but I had confidence in Dale and his expertise.

They did a very good job. Their actual cost was much less than their estimate. They were very professional.

While I was not present in the attic with the service technician, I think he did what was needed. He removed scaling and flushed with clean water.
