Classic plumbing has done work for me and my friends many times over the last 25 years. I use them exclusively for all my plumbing work. Excellent service. Courteous and polite. Very professional and made sure everything was cleaned and wiped down under the sinks. Tub drains like new. No more leaks. Very satisfied and will continue to call and on Classic Plumbing. Will refer my friend and family to them.

I have used Classic Plumbing for over 20 years. They have always been on time, professional and honest. I recently needed 2 faucets replaced they not only did that on a timely basis, but also I asked about a possible bathtub faucet to match and they called John (the owner) and gave him info, he was nice enough to special order it for me and they came back out the next day (again very prompt) and installed it. Like I said I have used them as long as I can remember and they are reasonable and always willing to help to make the task at hand perfect! Will recommend them to all my friends!

We smelled gas on my back patio area. It was late in the evening, and I didn’t know what to do. Classic Plumbing sent someone out that evening. They found the leak and repaired. Classic Plumbing was wonderful to work with. They worked hard to get someone out late in the evening to help us. I will be using Classic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I called to make an appointment the man who answered didn't have access to the dispatch schedule so couldn't confirm even make an appointment for the next day. He said he's have to check tomorrow morning to see if they had an appointment. How does a business operate like that? Seemed very fly by night.

From the initial phone call to the end of service, everyone was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use Classic Plumbing again!

I hired Classic after reading good reviews. Unfortunately my review is not good. Alex came out and I explained that I had replaced the faucet stems and seats multiple times but every time I ended up with loose handles that would never stay tight. I decided a professional would have better parts and skill to fix it correctly and I would finally have something that looks good, worked good, and didn't feel like it was coming apart all the time. Alex got part of the job done the first day but had to come back another day to finish because he needed some parts he didn't have, which was not a problem. On the followup day Alex returned almost an hour late with no attempt at letting me know he was running late. When he finished some of the new handles were already a little wobbly right at the start. He said, after the work was done, oh, there is noting I can do about that. But that was specifically what I told him was the reason I called a plumber in the first place, and before doing the work he told me sure he could fix it. He should have told me that up front that the replacement parts were still going to be wobbly, but of course I would not have approved the work to proceed if he had told me that up front. The water spout right under the value had a gap that I had taped over with duct tape. It was obvious to me that was to be address also as part of the overall job, otherwise it would still look like crap. But Alex didn't do anything with that, said it was only cosmetic. Not true, the gap allowed water to leak into the wall. In either case he said there was noting that could be done about it, other that filling the gap with caulk which he didn't bother to do. (By the way, Home Depot sells a trim piece just for this purpose, (Store SKU #790217, $2.99), one would think a plumber would know about this since I am pretty sure I am not the only person to ever have a gab at the spout) With the bloated rates plumbers charge, you would think they could spend another 10 minutes to make the job look finished. When I told Alex that the work was not satisfactory for the reasons noted above, he quickly became belligerent and just said “I am out of here” and left. On a side note, I also asked for a quote on replacing 2 water heaters and got a quote of $3200 as a “reduced price” since the location where they go was fairly easy to get to. A quote for the same work from another well established plumber was $2300, almost 1/3rd less. So I cannot recommend Classic Plumbing, and I certainly cannot recommend Alex if you do decide to go with them.

First we were told someone would be here between 8-9:30 and they called at 10 to say someone would be there shortly. Two plumbers showed up and it took them three hours to install one bathroom faucet and tell us that the plunger was stuck in the tub. Mind you we had told them the plunger was stuck when we scheduled the appointment. They told us it would take another three hours to fix and so we said no thanks. They also left the bathtub full of dirt and did not clean up after themselves. When I called to complain John was completely rude to me and Sheree hung up on me. My husband also spoke to Jon and he said he that he would call him back but he did not. I was extremely disappointed because we had used them before but never again.

Nightmare! Plumbers who do not know how to hard wire a dishwasher and recommend an electrician install plug to the tune of $500.00. The owner did refund the money, but he hung up on me. I would never use or recommend them for anything.

Classic Plumbing did some work for me in December of 2016. They weren't able to do the handle, they didn't have a replacement one. They couldn't use the old one, they said it was corroded. So they just replaced the valve. They charged me, I think it was $185. They actually didn't honor the coupon that they published to Angie's List. They didn't clean up after their work. Their responsiveness was good. What they did on the coupon basically was, they gave me a bill, right, and the bill didn't have anything on the coupon as far as the discount. Well, they quoted me a price, and then when they did the work they told me it was going to be $185. So I gave them the coupon and the guy said, we'll send you a receipt. So when I got the receipt, it was still $185. I called up and said where's the discount for the coupon and the lady said, that's already in there. I was like well that wasn't the price you originally told me. That wasn't the original price you told me, with the coupon it should be less because you don't have it in the bill, there's no break down of the coupon being used on the bill itself, it just says, you know, the work and what it cost. There was no point in arguing anymore, you know, my personal check is dated to honor the coupon, they're going to tell you they did, you know, it was implied in the receipt, even though I have a receipt. They told me they could redo a receipt and put the coupon in there and come out tomorrow, it'd be fine, anyone can do that. So that kind of left it sour. I kind of picked them and the reason was is that they do the Angie's List coupons, I get them right from Angie's List. It's that kind when someone doesn't honor them that I lose faith in Angie's List.

I called in the morning and they had someone out by that afternoon. Nelson was very friendly, professional and got it resolved quickly. I have used this company several times in the past. I am always satisfied with their services and their pricing is reasonable.

I have used this provider before and they had done an excellent job replacing a faucet and fixing a bath tub facet so when my water heater went out I turn to them. I called and talked to John the dispatcher. I told him one (I have two) water heater is working fine and the other one not at all. He said I may just need to get it lighted. He gave me instructions on how to light it and when that didn't work further guided me to get it working. This was all at no charge so I am very happy.

Fantastic. Again, thoroughly professional, timely, very cost conscious and great work product.

Left Classic Plumbing Ltd a message Sunday and got a call back first thing Monday morning. Aaron came when they said he would arrive. He was very professional and did a quality job. I'd use Classic Plumbing Ltd again.

They were great. They were on time, got the job done right away and charged a fair price.

Called Classic Plumbing on Thursday evening due water leaking out of my kitchen sink and out of the washer drain. I called and they came out VERY quickly and went straight to work. He was very professional and did a great job. This wasn't necessarily an emergency but I was told if I didn't want to pay the overtime rate they couldn't come out until the following week. That wasn't an option so I agreed to the overtime rate.

Showed up when expected. Replaced one toilet and then the other based upon my request. Did the work efficiently and neatly.

excellent work. they fixed everything right the first time. they were prompt and I think they were very reasonable in their charges.

A little expensive. They come when there called and there fine plumbers. There competent and tenure.

Excellent. The plubmers were professional and finished the job quicky and efficiently without wasting any time. This is now my preferred plumbing company.

The work was performed in two visits. The first visit was to install a new faucet in the wet bar in the living room. The plumber was on time and performed the work quickly. The second visit was a couple of days later to work on the kitchen sink drain that was running slowly. A different plumber worked on this job, and he arrived on time and did the work in a reasonable time. The drain is in a difficult location and does not have an outside cleanout which further complicates the job. The drain is now clear and running properly.
