Overall, I was very pleased with the response. Came when called , did what they said they would for the cost stated, and in reasonable time. Individual was very professional, prompt, neat, cleaned up after himself, and ,as I said, let with a good rapport with us. Not at all like the previous so-called plumber we had used.

The job went great overall and there were no problems. They did repair of something that had gone wrong with the previous Classic Plumbing representative for free. He didn't beat around the bush and said that it happens sometimes and repaired it for free.

My airconditioning overflow was backed up and leaking through the ceiling. I called Classic Plumbing late Friday afternoon and they came out early Saturday morning. The airconditioning line was blown out and cleared, thus, the leaking ceased. Jerry, the Plumber, did slip off an attic rafter and knocked a hole in the garage ceiling. He called the office and they sent a man out on Monday morning who not only fixed the hole, but swept up all the debris, thereby, leaving the area in better condition than before he started. Every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Classic Plumbing is my go to plumber.

Toilets were backing up and another plumbing company's man came out, broke a hole in the clean-out lid because he couldn't get the cap off, ran his power cleanout cable in, and declared the problem solved ($180), and indeed the toilets seemed to function again. Two days later they overflowed again. This time my daughter recommended Classic Plumbing and the results could not have been better. The Classic Certified Master Plumber arrived, fixed the broken cap on the clean-out cover, ran his very powerful heavy duty sewer cleaner that had a very thick cable and a powerful cutting blade in the front of it that scrapped the sewer line clean for 75 feet! The toilets functioned beautifully after that. He was very professional and efficient. He also inspected out toilets and said they were not functioning well because they were old, using too much water and, not pushing the waste efficiently down the line. We went ahead and replaced all three and qualified for the credit from the water utility company of $225. I beleive the first plumber was trying as best he knew how, but didn't have the training, experience, and equipment needed to diagnose and take the steps necessary to correct the problem. Classic Plumbing did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used them for years. They have always helped us. Their prices are competitive. They are very resourceful when helping us solve problems. They are very friendly and personable. They are our buddies and are very punctual. I will continue to use them.

After discovering we had no hot water and our hot water heater was leaking, we called on Sunday to make an appt. for Monday. They advised they would call us first thing Monday morning with the appt. time. They called at around 8:00 am and said that the plumber would be there shortly. He arrived within 15 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problem. The water heater needed to be replaced. There were some additional issues that needed to be addressed due to a drainage problem. The plumber explained everything thoroughly to me and to my husband over the phone. He finished the work in several hours and did a very professional job.

They always do a great job. They are very reasonible and are friendly. I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used them 3 different times engaged with 3 different employees. All very knowledgeable, courteous and upfront. Arrived on time id work neatly and explained what and why clearly.

They do good work and their employees are always interested in doing a good job. I can usually get them on a fairly short notice. They are very professional and answer any questions I have.

Classic came out on time and performed the job quickly. They charge by the hour instead by the job. Other estimates I had gotten were in the $200-250 range. My in-laws have also used them before and recommended the company to us

I actually used them three times last year. My house is about 23 years old, so it's about that time. They sent a good guy out. He came on time; he did the work; and the price was right. What more can you ask for?

I called Classic Plumbing for emergency service due to a water heater leak on 5/9/10. I used the only phone number indicated on their website. I got their voice mail and left a message requesting a call back for emergency service. I had selected them after reading their reviews on Angie's List and reviewing their website which claims "Help when you need it" It is now almost 2 weeks later, and they have yet to call me back. That's right, never received a call from them. Don't use them. There are plenty of other firms to choose from.

They were great, came within two hours and did a fabulous job. When the city of Plano came to inspect they made a comment that this company always does a good job. I agree!

I told him it was a pretty narrow area to work in. He put on a new faucet and new washers. In a couple of months, I broke the plastic washers and now it leaks around the faucet when I turn it on. In all fairness I never called them back about it but I wonder if they put the right washers on the faucet. My prior experiences were all good with this company.

They are an honest company. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Things went very well. They were very helpful in helping us make our decision. I checked with 5 other companies and this company provided the lowest price. They installed the next day, were very fast and the entire process went very well.

They respond quickly so they are there to rip you off in a rapid manner. They are exorbitant in fees and incompetent. I gave them an F only because there are no negative ratings possible.

Job went very well overall. They were kind of expensive for a $2.50 piece, however I do appreciate their customer service and professionalism. It took less than 20 minutes to repair the broken hydrant. I called them at 8:30 a.m. and they were on-site at 10:45 a.m. Speedy service made it worth the money.

The process went well. We were not sure at first if they really wanted to do this job. However they did get us the estimate, and did all the work required to get it passed by the city. They were in our house for a few days, they were very nice, pleasent and careful with any dirt and debris that had to go out of the house.

The plumber arrived earlier than estimated. Very polite and clean-cut young man. Price was fair and work was done quickly and carefully.

They were really good. They had to come back to fix the fittings on one faucet, but they fixed it right away.
