Bill worked like a true professional. He was prompt, worked quickly, and was very neat. If there was anything negative about this experience, it was price. That is why I rated this catagory a "B". That being said, I fully understand that a small business such as Classic Plumbing has a significant investment to put a plumber on the road, such as equipment, vehicles, insurance, uniforms etc. I am sure I could have found a firm to do this work cheaper. But I chose to pay a little more for Classic Plumbing to do the work. I have used Classic Plumbing on two other occasions in 2012, and have had the same satisfied results.

There was water flooding out underneath the front door while I was out of town on business. I gave them permission to break in to the home through the back window. They were able to turn the water off and by the time I got home they had replaced the old water heater with a new one and called Dry Force, to come out and dry out the water damage.

They repaired a leak in one of my bathroom faucets and also replaced the fittings in my other bathrooms as preventative maintenance. I am highly satisfied with their work.

Very well UPDATE******-Had to have the company come out again today for a different issue (sink stopper). They are truly an amazing company to use!! Dale was very nice and efficient. Again, they called to give me a heads up they were on their way and the problem was resolved efficiently (even though it ended up being more difficult for the guy....he had to take it all apart just to get to this one part because it was a push up/down stopper). I do not hesitate to recommend this company!! They are always kind, polite and prompt and do good work and they do NOT leave a mess!!!

They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards. They used some $20 worth of parts that I had already purchased thinking I would be able to fix it. They did not have to remove the toilet, but did have to reinstall it. Thus, the price would have been higher if they furnished the parts and if they had to remove the toilet.

Classic came out within 1 hr of me calling. I had a landscaper accidently punture the water supply line with a shovel. The plumber was very good, took care of the repair in 15 mins. Made sure the pressure held after the repair was done. I couldn't have been happier!

Called at 8:30 for appointment. Was told they could come out at 12:00, but I said 1:00 would be better for me. Appointment was made for 1:00 and they said they would call before they came, to insure I was home. Waited and waited. Finally I called them at 2:15 to cancel. They gave no reason why they hadn't called to let me know they were running late.

The Classic Plumbing Ltd service technician identified the issue immediately and took appropriate steps to unclog the line. He was quick, thorough, professional, and we've had zero problems with our sewage lines since then. Many thanks!!

The staff at Classic Plumbing were very helpful during the pre-installation process. They answered all of my questions and made suggestions as to where I might view the various models that met space constraints in the 2 bathrooms. I informed them of the model choice, and they said that they would provide them. When their plumber, Bill A. arrived, he got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently, taking great care to protect the floors while removing the old commodes. When he was finished, there was no mess to deal with. I was very pleased with the outcome of this project, and would call on Classic Plumbing, Ltd. for any future plumbing needs.

We called Monday morning to schedule and appointment to have a toilet flapper replaced that had worn out and they said someone had canceled in our area and they could have someone over in 20 minutes. What a delight. He came and replaced the flapper and gave us a much better one that will last longer. Since we have the same toilet in the bedroom, we went ahead and had him replace that one also. Then we had him clear the kitchen drain. He did all this in one hour and did not charge us for any extra hours or fees. We loved it.

They respond quickly, they are dependable and did what they were supposed to do.

Had a problem on a Saturday afternoon with an overflowing toilet that I was unsuccessful fixing for myself. I called several other plumbing companies who either were too busy or wanted to charge me very high prices to come out on Saturday. I called Classic plumbing because they have a high Angie's list rating, are in Plano and were available at a reasonable rate. Bill came out within 2 hours and stopped the overflow but suggested I replace the toilet rather than spending money to repair the poor quality one.. I have had so many problems with this toilet before that I decided to replace both toilets in my house with "top of the line" energy efficient toilets that would allow a rebate on my water bill. He returned on Monday and replaced both of the toilets in an hour. I was also able to get a rebate from the water company. Classic Plumbing were very efficient and professional and the new toilets are awesome! I am so happy that they were able to come out so quickly on a Saturday! .

The plumbers are knowledgeable of all local ordinances, arrive on time, are unfailingly polite, do a superior job of whatever the task at hand happens to be, and always clean up after themselves before they leave. Response time is superior. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this Classic Plumbing (located in Plano).

I called and explained the work and was given an estimate of <$200 parts plus labor.I ended up paying $300. Some of it was because the plumber found a faulty screw leak and had to repair it which I agree needed repair. However I was charged 30 min extra (at $110/hr) for something that I was not told upfront. That was 30 minutes in driving time to my house. I was told that re-seating the toilet would be a 1 hour job. Plumber took an extra 30 minutes for the faulty screw leak repair which is fine but also charged me for the travel time.Work performed was to my satisfaction and I have no complaints about it so far; however Classic plumbing needs to be upfront about the travel charges. I don't mind paying for it if I was told about it before I hired their services.

We are very satisfied with Classic Plumbing and will use them for all plumbing work.

I noticed a water leak under my sink and found that it was coming from the old faucet so I bought a new faucet and attempted to do the simple job of swapping out faucets. The person who put in the previous faucet had really messed up the lines under there so I sought help from a professional (that way I would not cause additional leaks and would get things fixed up correctly.). I called Classic this morning, and they were very polite as they apologized for the fact that they couldn't get anyone out until noon. Considering that it was not an emergency call, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed. Their office then called prior to the plumber arriving just to let me know that he was on his way, and roughly how long he would be. Lee arrived early and got to work immediately. He fixed the supply lines under the sink and then installed the new faucet. Once done he tested everything, he let me know that the trap under the sink was also leaking and that he would go ahead and fix it since he was already under there working. Thank you! I love that kind of service! I really did not want to be surprised by more leaks with a house full of guests coming for Thanksgiving. All that within an hour. Plus, Lee was very polite and personable throughout the time he was at my home, answering questions and even joking with me a bit. Oh, and no sticker shock here. They are extremely reasonable on price! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Before Lee left, I had him give me an estimate on further plumbing work that I plan to have done after the holiday. They are my new go-to plumbers! Thank you for saving Thanksgiving, Lee!

At the time I made the appointment, the lady told me the plumber would be at my house at 8:00 am on Nov 9. I explained that the timing was critical, because my wife & I both work and needed to get to the office as soon as possible. I gave her my cell phone number and asked them to call me if they were going to be late. At 8:35 am on the morning of the 9th, I had not heard from them, so I called them. I was told that they were "running late on another call". About 30 minutes later, they called to say he was "on the way". The plumber showed up at 9:35 am. When he finished, the bill he handed me included a $33.00 "roof charge" that had not been mentioned when I made the appointment. Later, when I called the office, they told me their "roof charge" was $30.

He was very very nice. They came when they said they would be here. The guy who came here was a master plumber. We were very pleased with him.

They were punctual, professional, and were very fair in their pricing. I would use them again for any plumbing job.

Quick quote and installation. installation was done in one day (one morning really). The heater was in a spot that was not too easy to reach. Great, quick, neat service, I would definitely use them again.
