Description of Work: Tube that sends hot water from hot water heater to the rest of the house (sorry I don't know what it is called) sprung a major leak about 8:30 am Sunday morning--spewed hot water everywhere. We shut the main valve to the house off, but the water kept coming out. Since the hot water heater is in the garage,it just ran out and down the driveway, but got a lot of boxes wet, but I guess it could have been a lot worse. We immediatley called Classic Plumbing and the man said he would send someone within an hour to hour and a half. He also said the cost would be time and a half which I totally understood. Description of Work: We had some exterior flooding but, due to location, were not sure if it was our pool, sprinklers, or something in the house leaking from under the foundation. Classic plumbing arrived on time and promptly shut down all water sources. He not only isolated the leak to our sprinkler system, he also uncovered and repaired a running toilet (it was a very quiet leak!). Classic was thorough and fair. I'll use them again.

Description of Work: I found this company for my mom. She needed a taller toilet installed. He arrived on time, was courteous and very knowledgable. My mom was very, very pleased. Even commented on the fact that he was a master plumber, not one in training.

Description of Work: I tried to unclog a drain over the weekend but realized I needed to get further into the wall and didn't have the tools. I called Classic on Sunday afternoon. I didn't even have to leave a message, someone actually answered the phone. I set up an appointment for Monday and asked that they be here before 2;00 pm. When that time came, I had not heard from anybody. I called to see what was going on thinking that I was going to get some "run around." The lady apologized and told me that there were 2 appointments before mine and we decided to reschedule for Tuesday at 10:00am. The plumber, Jeff, showed up at about 10:30 after having someone call ahead to make sure we were here. He was polite and professional and explained how the problem I had could be prevented in the future. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and left no messes. When it came time for the invoice, he also apologized for the mix up the day before and took off one of the charges without me even saying anything. I was very impressed with that. Although there were some scheduling issues I would most diffinately use these guys again.
