Description of Work: Cleaned and smells good but streaks and dust from cloths and supplies everywhere...didn't call to schedule so had to reschedule...WORST PART was that ad says "deep cleaning" includes kitchen appliances...they didn't even open my oven or refrigerator to clean! Very disappointed in what was my first cleaning service.

First of all the $129.00 deal does not say deep cleaning and none of the deals include oven or refrigerator from inside. We always encourage our clients to read the fine print, to avoid any mistake. We did call to the number you provide and left a message. Please understand that we try very hard to please every client, but some home needs more them 4 hours, especially on the first time cleaning. Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning, dust, vacuum, mop, bathrooms, kitchen, trash. Everything was well done, very clean. They are very professional and efficient. Only concern is trying to find things after they've straightened up/moved things to clean around. Will definitely continue to use this service.

Description of Work: I had an Angie's list special deal. Company sent one lady who worked for 4 hours cleaning my house. She was very thorough and did a great job. The house looks great. She was especially good at cleaning my kitchen which was really in need of a deep cleaning. Very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: The two women did an ok job, but not great. I was 39 weeks pregnant and wanted a service - I'd recommend to someone similar but it's never the same as you cleaning your own home. They didn't clean my cabinets or baseboards as listed. They didn't speak enough english to communicate and they swamped their broken spray nozzle with one of my own.

Description of Work: They showed up at 9 am instead of after 2 which was the appointment time. They didn't clean very much. After they left I found that the floors were still dirty, things had not been wiped down and the toilets were dirty. I called to complain and the same two women came back. I gave them and itemized list of what needed to be cleaned. They cleaned things on my list but the attitude was poor and resentful. I know I was polite and didn't comment but I also didn't give them a tip.
