Description of Work: This was not a deep cleaning service we expected. We paid for deep cleaning for multiple hours and we found the following issues: | |Ceiling fans was not done |Stair rails were skipped in loft area |Guest Bathroom was not dusted at all. |Blinds was not dusted. | |We will not use this service again. Very disappointing for the amount we paid.

Hello Member, Thank you so much for the feedback. It is very important for us. We did everything what the fine print said. However, the house was cover of old dust plus construction dust and furniture out of place. We did our best to remove the dust of the ceiling fan and blinds. You asked the team to cleaning the windows and the team call the office and you were very mad when the office told you that was extra charge. We always remind the clients to read the fine print and understand what is on the service package. Please understand that we are growing company and learn from our mistakes, but we believe that this review is not accurate. Thank you Allan

Description of Work: The work done was professional and of good quality. The one concern I did have is that I was told that one person would be coming to do the work in our case - which means more hours / 1 person - but instead 2 people came. While the lady did excellent work and was efficient, it seemed the second person who was there was either perhaps training or just there to help carry a few things, etc. (younger man) as he seemed to do very little work, other than helping her a bit with carrying items as mentioned, so I felt it was a bit unfair to count this as "2 people" working when it seemed it was mostly one doing the work. I admit I did not watch the whole time as I was working myself on the computer, but I did go to where they were off and on. When I asked for one last item towards the end of the 2 hours (because 2 ppl were there so it wasn't 4 hours instead..), that seemed to have been done rather quickly / a bit less 'deeply' than the rest. However, overall, I was quite satisfied. The quality rating of 'B' I give has more to do with the people and time I got for the money. As noted, what was done was in large part done very well. Thank you.

Description of Work: I paid for a full house clean. She fearlessly climbed everywhere dusting and scrubbing the rafters and 2 story ceiling fan in my loft. She cleaned the bathrooms very well. | |The one thing I wish she had done was bring a mop for the floors, we resorted to a floor steamer and vacuum I had, which did not work very well. That is somewhat my fault, I did not expect to need a mop. | |Overall I would work with them again, though I wouldn't buy the full house cleaning at that price again since my condo is so small.

Description of Work: The price and promotion reflected a "deep cleaning", which bit implied but expressed a "deep cleaning". There were no mops, a dated vacuum, and only minimal cleaning supplies that were used in a 4-hour window of time by two FTE's, which led to a "surface" cleaning not a "deep" cleaning.I will not be using B&B again.
