Description of Work: I picked them as they were advertising deep cleaning special. They did not even clean under the bed let alone cleaning under the rugs or baseboards. I complained and they scheduled to come back and clean where they missed. They again left areas that were not cleaned and were left dusty. Very disappointed. I read their reviews after the fact and I realized they reply to these reviews in a very nasty way telling their clients that their houses were too dirty. My house is new and besides dust there was no clutter because my baby had just started crawling... Hence needed to get deep cleaning done. In short, I would t be asking for their help again. I am usually never one to write reviews but I think for something that I paid close to 300 dollars in advance, I expected my money's worth.

Dear member, thank you for your feedback; it is very important to us to hear from you. Please, understand that we did everything that was included in the deal. I am really sorry that you were not happy with the service we performed last year. However, we worked very hard to make the corrections requested. Our policy states that we guarantee our service, and if you are not satisfied, we will return within 24 hours. In your case, we cleaned your home on Wednesday July 7th, 2015 and you called us to complain on Friday after we were already closed for the day. We contact you via email on Saturday July 11th, 2015 and you reply saying that you were very disappointed with the cleaning. We offered to send the crew back right way, but since you couldn't have us there on Saturday, the crew went back on July 16th, 2015 and cleaned what they had missed. After the second visit I gave you a call and you informed me that they had done a much better job and you signed up for once a month cleanings. Before we started our schedule in August you called us and cancelled our services. We've been in business for 11 years and we have built great relationships based on trust and honesty. We don't reply to reviews in a nasty way; there is no need for that. We are a very professional company and that's how we conduct our business with integrity and professionalism. Thank you, Allan

We did a deep cleaning and client request for a biweekly price for exception for some rooms. We gave a price basis what the client wants. Everything was good when the client call and complain about the 2 rooms that was not getting cleaning. We explain and remind the client that those rooms was not part for the biweekly service. Client did not accept and cancel the service. We agree on the first place and later client disagreed. Description of Work: 1 maid came to do the deep cleaning for our 4 bedroom home + 1 living area + 2 bathrooms. She was friendly and professional. The bathrooms were spotless! So much better :) We have lots of wood flooring throughout the house which she vacuumed and mopped. The kitchen was also spotless (including microwave). She even helped make the bed in the master bedroom. Overall, I would say a worthwhile experience. Not sure if I would purchase the "deep" cleaning again because it seemed similar to a normal cleaning to me. However, I do plan on getting them to come back biweekly so I won't NEED another deep cleaning hopefully. lol | |There was a little confusion in getting a date setup but overall they were flexible.

Description of Work: This was supposed to be a "deep cleaning." I have a lady who cleans every two weeks for me, but she doesn't have time for deep cleaning. My furniture sits 9 inches off the ground, I could write my name in dust under the bed and on baseboards where they were not cleaned. Part of the furniture was not adequately dusted. Two bedrooms were they were not touched; this was partially my fault as I had not straightened these two rooms. I did call the owner and he was appologetic and he said they would come back when I straightened the two bedrooms....due to health reasons, I have been unable to put the two rooms in order and I am sure that they will no longer honor the return visit as I was supposed to have the rooms ready in two weeks.
