Description of Work: I would rate them a B+, but this is the second cleaning service who is allergic to mopping my floors. I was disappointed to come home to find none of my hard floors had been mopped.

Description of Work: My rating is not based on the employee but the company. I will not use the company again. They misrepresented that they use environmentally friendly products, they do not provide their employees proper equipment (ie they used a shop vac as a vacuum) and I'm not sure there is any training. It appears they over schedule their employees. The only positive thing was the employee was very nice and tried to complete the job.

Description of Work: Over 3 hrs late...had to contact them twice to figure out what happened. Once they arrived they cleaned efficiently (sent 2 ladies over instead of the original 1). still not sure that I would use this service again.
