The initial contact with Allan went very well. He is very professional and personable. We used their special offer for a one time cleaning and were so impressed we hired them on a regular basis. I also told my mother-in-law about them and she also hired them on a regular basis. The cleaning is thorough and the cleaners who Allan sent were polite. As usual, when someone cleans the house I have to go around and put a few things back in place. But that is a small price to pay for a job well done...and it happens whenever someone cleans the house. I look forward to a great relationship with B&B.

The team did a great job overall. One issue that has already been discussed with the company is the method they used for cleaning the tile floors. Using a string mop simply pushed the dirt around. A dirty film was left on the floor . Also, puddles of water were left on the floor which caused me to slip and nearly fall. One other thing that I suggest they change is to use products that have a clean smell. My house did not smell 'clean.' I suspect that all that was used on my floors was water, thus causing the issues with the floor, as the house smelled like dirty water. The company is addressing this issues! Had I noticed this while the team was here, I know they would have corrected it. The company was willing to send out someone to redo the floors. Unfortunately, I had company and it was not convenient. I may call them and ask them to do it this week. I bought a total of 6 hours of service and the company has put 1.5 hours (they provided 4.5 hours) on hold for my next clean. The was very responsive and I give them high remarks for that. I will use this service again.

Arrived on time. 3 cleaners worked 1.5 hours, that is, 4.5 labor-hours (the price paid was for up to 6 labor-hours). They were quiet and efficient Vacuumed, dusted, including ceiling fans, emptied trash, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, mopped floors. I was satisfied with the crew, their demeanor and their work. At the end of 1.5 hours, two cleaners loaded all tools and went to the car and one cleaner asked if I wanted to inspect the work. I glanced around downstairs and thanked them for a good job. Over the next few days, I noticed a few very minor things: one bathroom trash had been overlooked, the stovetop had smears and one small corner in one bathroom was not clean. Overall, the service was satisfactory and I'd use them again. but I'll do a more thorough inspection next time. I'd like for the crew to ask for inspection BEFORE loading up to leave, though.

B&B did a fantastic job. They had great attention to detail, worked quickly, and the crew was friendly. We had 3 people arrive and they cleaned our home as if it were their own. After they left, the house was impeccably clean and we would gladly work with them again in the future. Thanks so much for saving a pregnant lady from having to clean after unpacking boxes. Your team came to the rescue!

Communicate well prior to, after cleaning. Listen to my questions and response quickly. The overall quality of cleaning is good. I am happy with the service and will use them again.

Before i bought this deal ,I called alan and he came to my home and inspected, I told him that just a month ago i got it deep cleaned and now i am doing it only because of dust of recent hardwood floor refinish. He sent 3 people and came on time and started doing cleaning 1 man and 2 ladies all three were slow in doing cleaning and one girl was very slow and she was sitting in stair case and doing cleaning rails , each rail she took 2 to 4 min to clean so whole chair rails (about 20 of them ) and stair cases were done in 1hr for just cleaning the dust. other man was doing blinds cleaning and another lady cleaning bathrooms. I have to instruct this man and girl everytime to clean fast not like doing in so slow. getting close to 2hrs.. then Alan called me and said we cant finish in 2 hours need extra hour and $30 more and i explained him about how slow that girl was doing then alan was very rude and saying "sir you can clean it yourself" I was so upset the way these guys behave. I told him if anybody wants to do 1 hr job in 10hrs they can do it so easily and asked them to do honest job. but he insisted to pay more i ended up paying $30 more so these people wont leave middle of the cleaning. My regular cleaner cleans it very well in 4hrs , she comes alone and she does a good job. but this time she was not available and i need to get it cleaned before i go out of town so i called these guys. Cleaning people are hard workers i dont have anything to do with them but they need to do a honest job, i would say last one hour they did well and cleaned fast and i dont have any complaints regarding cleaning ,they did good job.if they would have done this in first 2 hours i would have given "A" rating and I would have strongly recommended but because of their DISHONEST WORK and ALAN RUDENESS to talk I would like to give F Rating., I would like to request angies list , please stop these kind of tricks/deals from people who are dishonest. Alan, if you are giving this deal then be honest in your work and be polite with customers. I am VERY UPSET WITH you with your dishonest and rude but still i gave $10 tip to your hardworking cleaners that both men and women. I dont see mistake in these cleaners .. these people work with ALAN Instructions so thats the problem.

We used B and B Maids for a final cleaning of a house after we finished a rehab. The house looked great when the ladies were done. Alan was very easy to work with

The owner came to us a few days after we called to give us an estimate. We accepted the estimate and scheduled to have them come to clean a few days later. There were at least 5 ladies who came to the house. Our house was 2900 sq feet, they each worked a room and thoroughly cleaned it. Walls, cabinets, floor boards, outside of appliances, floors, light fixtures, blinds or tops of curtains. They did a great job. I did find after they left a few places missed, but nothing major, unless you were really looking you wouldn't see. Overall, they did a fantastic job. They helped us prepare our home to sell.

They entered my home without knocking, which was quite startling to say the least. There was a language barrier with their group which was a minor caveat. One of the cleaners was on her cellphone the entire time which I consider to be very unprofessional. Also, I repeatedly had to instruct them not to clean the appliances, which became a big aggravating, considering their consistent attempts to do so anyway. They only honored the Angie's List discount after I brought it up instead of proactively doing to acknowledge my membership. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm currently selling my home and I needed some help getting it cleaned up before having people come through -- to look it over. I was exhausted and B&B came out quickly and did an estimate. They came out the next day to do a basic cleaning and dusting. The service is great. They team is friendly and efficient.

B&B Maids Service is thorough and professional. The staff is quite friendly and the quality of their work is great. We would definitely recommend them to others and while the cost is a bit more than we'd like we do agree that the end result warrants it.

They sent one cleaner. She finished the job pretty quickly.

I needed someone quickly, and Alan responded with someone the next day. She arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. My place had not been cleaned in 5 weeks, due to an unexpected time away from home. When she left, my place looked and smelled wonderful. I am planning to have them back next week.

Three people came to provide the service: two ladies and a man. Apparently only the man understands what a deep clean is, because the other two ladies only cleaned with a dry cloth. The man however if he saw a stain or any build-up that clearly needed some scrubbing to come off, he would do it. I wish he would have been the only one attending to the service even if he had been there all day. I was constantly following the other two ladies around, to reiterate that I was looking for a deep clean and pointing out where they had missed areas. At one point one of these ladies said that a spot I pointed out to had already been cleaned, so I proceeded to get one of their rags, wet it and showed her all the dust buildup I picked up with one swipe. She proceeded to blame it on the other lady and said she would make sure it was clean herself. I walked away, and after about 20 seconds she came out of the room saying she was done... so I'm again not sure how "clean" it was. I think the services they performed were acceptable for a "normal" clean. I expected more out of a deep clean though, and having paid close to 300 dlls for the services I received I don't believe it was worth what I paid for.

My renters had moved out of the house I own and the house is 200 miles from where I live. The man renting from me worked on airplane engines and the showers were left with black goo all over them (obviously oil and grease). The first cleaning company I hired didn't even come close to getting the showers clean. I hired B&B to just clean the showers after that. My contact person was very accommodating in telling me everything they would do and putting me at ease. He visited the property before giving me the quote. On the day of cleaning, the lady that cleaned took pictures of the clean showers and emailed them to me and the contact person called to coordinate the whole thing. They weren't going to leave the property until I was satisfied. What seemed like an awful problem was solved and I was a happy camper! They impressed me with three things. Customer service was outstanding, cleaning ability couldn't be better, and their knowledge of technology and use of it to make this customer happy was really going the extra mile!

A team of six came, plus a supervisor and a manager who returned throughout the day. They came in smiling and working together. The manager reviewed the job with me periodically and redirected the staff if needed. They were excellent and the house looked wonderful!

Needed house make-ready cleaned for new tenants to move in by January 1st. The supervisor Allen and his two workers were prompt and polite. Once there, Allan looked they the house and made sure his employees understood what needed to be done. The employees worked diligently and did a great job.

In preparation for surgery, I hired B & B Maids to clean my home before and during my recuperation. The initial housecleaning took about 4 1/2. The house just sparkled when the maids left! I have continued to have them come on a weekly basis for about 3 months and am never disappointed in their work. After the initial cleaning, each week takes about 2 hours with 2 maids. The weekly cost is $110. My husband is especially pleased with their work since everything is clean, neat, and fresh when they leave.

Allan is very nice. Pricing is good. Job was done well by the crew in 3hrs. Will use them again soon, I am very pleased!!!

The maids come into the house, start upstairs, clean and then they clean downstairs and then they leave.

Allan's team has been cleaning our primary home on a regular bi-weekly basis for about 8 months. They did the initial detail cleaning when we first moved into the home and have returned, as scheduled, bi-weekly for the same quality cleaning each time. We have used housekeeping services for several years, so we have had many experiences with unacceptable cleanings. Our biggest issue with this type of service is attention to "detail". Not the case with B & B Maids Service! There have been times when we've had minor detail issues and Allan has always been quick to respond and make necessary changes for our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend this company!

I picked this company due to the positive feedback on Angie's List. I will agree that Allan is very friendly, and both times he came on time to our house. The maids also arrived on time, and were ready to start their work. Though they didn't seem to speak much English, I was eventually able to understand them when they were asking me which cleaner I wanted them to use on our floors. I had them clean our kitchen, and showers, and they did a good job though they forgot to clean the drain area in the laundry room sink. I was a little disappointed that as advertised I mentioned the Angie's List discount when I made the appointment, but when my husband was charged today he was not given the discount. I do not believe it is my husband's responsibility to have even known that there was a discount. I am also disappointed that at the first meeting, I had asked how long it would take to clean the kitchen and master bathroom and Allan said one hour (on a regular basis after the deep clean), which made me assume that if that is all we wanted done, it was fine, but then today Allan told my husband that there is a 2 hour minimum charge on regular services, which also seems to contradict what is written on their website, "We do not charge by the hour, as many other services do. All charges are based on the house.". Honesty goes along way with me, and I feel like I got mixed messages. I chose this company based on the customer service reviews, but Im not 100% sure its the perfect fit.
